How can I get my money back for cancellation purchase in the Apple Store HK?

I bought for my friends in Hong Kong Apple Store speakers for iPhone, but my order was canceled because they could not deliver it the following address. I place an order on March 1, is now March 13, the money was never returned to my credit card. I live in Russia and I can not call in Hong Kong, and I do not know the e-mail technical support for Apple in Hong Kong. Tell me what can I do?

    I bought an album and two songs which added up to about $13 and I went to check my credit card account and saw that itunes is charging me twice for that same thing along with an extra $1 for something else.     This also happened before where they charged me twice but it was just 2 bucks so it was a big deal but this time it's almost $14 and I want that money back.

    If they were made an on iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch then to try and stop it happening again you can use Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' to stop in-app purchases being made, and depending upon the iOS version on it you might also have a Require Password setting on the Restrictions screen which you can set to 'Immediately'

    iCal and QuickTime are working fine for me, and I've not seen a large number of problems reported with either. You may find that if you start a thread in the Mac OS X 10.7 forum with details about the problems, someone can help you sort them out.
    As to a refund, it's doubtful you can get one, but you can contact Mac App Store Customer Service and ask.

    Your best bet would be to try resetting the password to the account that you would like to use via iForgot
    Once you log in to that account change the email address to anything, it can even be fake its just a placeholder
    After you do that you will be free to change your old email address on your appleID to the new one that is now free to be used as it is no longer attached to the other account.

    Since you just purchased the Mac, it can pre installed with Lion.
    Yesterday i decided to download the last version of osx (10.4.7 ?
    v10.7.4 is the lastest version available for Lion currently.
    The problem is that the App Store has no way of knowing that your Mac already had Lion installed, that's why you were charged.

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
    If its not in your purchase history, you should report it to your credit card company instead.
