How can i get my self produced CD to register in iTunes when people rip it to their computers?

Right now when someone imports it into their itunes, it comes up with some ridiculous name from their database, even though i've named the CD during the burning process... any help?? thanks!!

Are we talking about a big production, professional CD here, or your one-off home burned CD that you're giving to a friend?
Read: How iTunes remembers audio CDs - http://support.apple.com/kb/TA27785
If we're talking major production here, read about how to submit CD information to Gracenote -- this isn't intended to be used for your once-off home CD.  If it is a home CD there isn't an easy way to get it to the other computers unless you transfer your CD database file to theirs (and wipe theirs out in the process).
You may read about CDtext, but although iTunes can produce a CDtext, it cannot itself read it even if it can make it.
