I have a iPhone (5s) and it is backed up to the same account that my iPad is backed up to. My iPad is the first generation so it cannot be updated to ios 8 how can I get my stuff from the iPad onto the iPhone?

    To copy photos to your computer that were copied to it via the camera connection kit (or taken with it or saved from emails/websites) then see this page (as far as I know you can't copy their albums) - on a PC you can use the windows camera wizard

    Iphone are meant to be sync to one itunes library only.
    You can copy those songs to a cd and then put a copy to your itunes media library.

    i am assuming you own a computer on which you have iTunes install, all using the same apple ID. If thats the case, you can plugin your iPhone to the computer and sync the ringtones from there. All music and ringtones are automatically downloaded to your computer regarldess of the device on which they were purchased.
