How can I get png files to work on the iPad the same way they work for Android?
With the Android version, I can select a .png file template for a border, then select a background .png file, layer it under the border so that the background is revealed thru the frame. When I try to do this with the same .png files on an iPad it does not reveal thru the top layer. Same problem with my vector clip art not vectorized.
I figured it out myself by going to the settings in the Photoshop Touch app and then selecting the Image Import setting and then selecting the Access Local Photos and then selecting the Always Use Native Photo Browser radio button.

Now you may have to implement code to check if the destination folder exists and to create it, etc. But if you use the Front Panel Control to select the destination folder, it should be okay.
Not the best implementation, mind you but you'll get the idea..

You can use the FM - GUI_DOWNLOAD to specify the headers. It can be done in the following manner -

How can i print my files from mi iphone 5 throught the airport express?? i have the last iOS version installed and also the last firmware version of the printer. the printer is already connected to the USB airport express and when i look for printers in airprinter there is no printer found. i have an HP LASERJET P1606dn(i think that is supported by the airprinter).
In order to function with AirPrint, a printer must connect to the network wirelessly.
Even if you have an AirPrint compatible printer, iOS devices will not be able to print to the printer when it is connected via USB.
So, you have two options:
1) Reconfigure the printer to connect to the network using wireless only and the iOS devices should be able to print that way....assuming that you have up to date drivers for the printer installed.
2) Leave the printer connected via USB and then use a third party App like Printopia installed on your Mac as a "workaround" to (hopefully) allow the iOS to device to be able to print. If you want to give this a try, there is a free trial for Printopia, so you will know if it will work before you buy. You must have a Mac running on the network in order for Printopia to function correctly.

Sure...yes, that makes it POSSIBLE to read the files natively in FCP...if they come from a Panasonic camera. BUT...just try working with those files. Right away the system won't be nearly as responsive as it would if they were ProRes. First...there are no sequence settings for that format...so you'll have to use ProRes and have a green render bar. BUT, that's no big deal. The big deal is trying to work with the AVCHD format, which is VERY processor intensive...inside an application that doesn't like to work with much outside of the FCP editing codecs.
Is it possible? Sure? Will it work well...will you be as zippy and error free as if you converted to ProRes? Not by a long shot. OH, but don't just take my word for it. Go ahead...try it and see. No skin off my nose...no waste of my time. See how well this works.
I'm just here to relate real world working solutions to issues. And yes, I did try that plugin, and boy, was editing a pain. -

In Mail Preferences/Accounts/each GMail account, set up the SMTP Outgoing Server for each account separately, going into SMTP name/edit/Advanced and specify the Username of each account. The Outgoing servers must be two different servers, authenticated by the Username and Password of each.
Otherwise, the GMail SMTP server will change the from address to that of the account where the SMTP server was setup.
