Hey Illaass, Just checked skype.com literally a few minutes (41 minutes past the hour) The new and improved Skype will work with the last 3 or 4 Mac operating systems AND iPod 5 with iOS 7. It appears there is an earlier version with fewer features and abilities you can get to work with earlier Mac systems and iPod 4 iOS 6.1.6 but that's the cut off. From the skype.com you can download from there OR from the Apple Apps store, when I tapped it I was taken to the Apps store and it is now there! Just thought you would like know! (This maybe the only time I figured something out before you! ) Thanks man, Cheers.

Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
- Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
- Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.

If you do not know the passcode, then your only option is to restore the iPod to factory settings via iTunes.
