iWeb isn't available as a download. If you want that application, you have to buy iLife in a DVD at eBay or Amazon > http://www.amazon.com/Apple-MC623Z-A-iLife-VERSION/dp/B003XKRZES
iLife '11 comes with iWeb, so you can perform a custom install. After installing the app, open  > Software Update, and install the latest version

How can I get this paid-for purchase to download? Ever since making the purchase from within the app on the I-Pad, it has been stuck on the screen with "Please Wait" showing. I started downloading updates this morning when they got half-way done, they stopped. It's not saying that they are loading or waiting, it just an empty progress bar below the icon. It's asking you to create a passcode. You can disable it later if you wish.

How can I get the Adobe Reader download to accept that I have deleted Adobe 7.0?

Assuming you mean Adobe Reader, you may want to try the following.
Remove all traces of Reader (not only the program) from your system using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. This is no longer supported by Microsoft because it can produce problems with Win 7, but you can still download it from from places like

Then, download the Reader installer from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
and perform a clean install.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
ipconfig /flushdns
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
Now try your download music again.

Delete the broken links in iTunes then look at your purchased list to redownload.
If this happened because you were deleting files from the iTunes folder in Finder, don't. You have to let iTunes do all the deleting and moving or you will end up with broken links.

As you have 10.5.8 you need to upgrade to at least 10.6.6 to get the App Store as this was the 1st version it came with.
A workaround is to get a friend who has 10.6.6 or better to download Lion for you without installing it. You can create an App Store account on the friend's computer I think to do this. Copy the Lion installer from that computer to a USB stick or burn it to DVD and you should be able to install it on your own computer, I think. You might have to create an empty partition on your own computer first for Lion installation as I'm not sure that it will install over Leopard.

I had the similar problem last night and found a solution (although it takes more than a few clicks). Highlight all the album tracks in itunes on the pc and right click "get info". Check the artwork box in this window. I found that the now playing art was showing up in the itunes window, but on songs that were missing artwork showed nothing in the get info box. When I replaced the artwork by using the artwork command, or manually adding it into the "get info" window. It was annoying but my iphone updated every album.

You cannot call anyone. You contact them as everyone else does: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
You delete the app as you do any other app. Hold an icon until they wiggle. Tap the "x". This is covered in the manual.

Hi- apparently I also had a similar moment of madness and thought that 'freeride games' would be fun. Well, so much for that! It added a ton of things to my tool bar, I would like to uninstall it, any suggestions for this one?
