I have a Mac with OS version 10.4.11 - I need to get an older version of Firefox that is compatible with my operating system. Thanks Chris, there a number of problems I'm experiencing. When I insert a CD, despite the preference being ticked, I nolonger get the box that asks me if I want to import. When I did manage to import I couldn't find where the file had gone. Perhaps what I need is a good user guide for the latest version of iTunes because at this point the impression I have is unless I'm buying from iTunes nothing seems to work as it previously did. It is impossible to add anything to my library.
I'd be the first to admit I'm no computer nerd and all the information I've found so far to try and sort out my difficulties don't seem to work. Can someone please tell me where can I get a good user guide for iTune 12.0.1.26 because I find it far from intuitive? At least then I have a chance of working out if it's me or the machine.

When reinstalling Firefox from a download, Firefox must be down once the installation starts. When the installation finishes, don't let the install start firefox for you. Instead end the install and start Firefox in your normal manner, thus preventing creating a new profile which does not have your bookmarks cookies, etc (but your old profile would still be around and would).

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

Firefox 10.0.2 or Safari Version 5.1.3 (7534.53.10)

I keep looking on the site and I cannot find a prior version to 11.1.102.62; I can only find 11.1.102.64 and 10.1.102.64 nothing in between.
I am trying to troubleshoot.
Flash worked just fine on a computer with all of the same hardware a week ago, different computer that has been sent back so I cannot look at the software versions. I know that it was running the previous version of flash at least one release befor .62. All of the same issues occur with .64

Hulu videos have a decent amount of blank time before loading the ad. They do have a problem continuing to play when skipping around; I often have to click a couple different spots in the track before it starts playing again.

After updating to Firefox 5.0 I can't open Adobe pdf's on websites and in the preferences for Firefox it states it's incompatible. If this is the case how can I get the old version of Firefox back?

Ever since updating to 6.0, my internet crashes, my app store crashes, EVERYTHING crashes. It's very annoying to say the least. How can I get the old version back????

I'm getting really annoyed that my iPod keeps crashing thanks to 6.0. When is this going to get fixed or how can I get the previous version back??

I had a iPod 4G and it suffered crashes after upgrading to iOS6, especially in the App Store and iTunes store. Safari often crashed as well, but it occurred same as before I upgraded.
My iPod barely had any apps on it, having only 3GB used of 6.5GB available space (I had 8GB version).
I got the new iPod Touch 5th generation a few days ago and it works perfectly. Never had a single crash running any app, game, or store.
This has led me to believe that iOS6 was primiarily for the new line of devices and not really optimized for the previous generation. Thus, I think that iOS6 may be the last highest supported OS for the iPod-4 and the iPhone-4 and 4S and future operating systems will not be compatible with the previous generation.
