How can I get the serial number for CS6 - I did not register it on my adobe account and I don't have the invoice/email from Aug 2012 nor the box anymore. I need the number to move software to a new computer.
I am trying to move Indesign CS6 to a new computer.
To do this I need the serial number of the license.
It seems I did not register the number on my Adobe account as nothing is there.
I bought the software in August 2012 - and no longer have the invoice.
i think we got the software by box but am not sure.
Please help!

There is no serial number and you don't need one. What you need for a subscription is to SIGN IN within Acrobat, so it knows the subscriptions you own.

If you have a second installation of Aperture, you can see the serial number in the "About" panel from the main menu bar: Aperture > About Aperture.

Only Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.

My ipod nano was synced by itunes and removed all of my music and game files, and replaced my music with my kids music that they have put into the current itunes library. My music is nowhere to be found on my computer, so now I am in the long, forever process of adding my music back one cd at a time, but there is no history of tetris that I paid for from the itunes store. WIndows can't find a better one than the installed LSI Conformed 1394 HostcontrollerRead and follow the Bootcamp Installation instructions that you were offered to view when you ran Bootcamp Assistant.
Run Bootcamp Assistant again and select the option to download the Bootcamp Support software. Follow the instructions. Then boot into Windows and install the Windows Support software you downloaded and saved. -
