How can I have an object toggle between fade out and fade in with button?

Hello all,
I have a problem and I was hoping someone out there could help me out with it.
I have smart shape that is set to show for "rest of project" on one of my early slides. It is not visible in output in the properties, but when a user clicks a button in the project, it should fade in and then stay visible. If the user clicks the same button again, it should fade out and stay hidden. So rather than toggle between show and hide, which I know how to do, I want it to toggle between fade in and fade out. I am having trouble with this. Setting its transition to fade in and fade out in the properties of the smart shape doesn't help...
Here is the advanced action I have attached to the button that should allow the user to toggle between fade in and fade out. The "if" parts works -- the object fades in and then finally "shows" at 100% the "else" part almost works. It fades out, disappears, but then shows again, which I obviously dont want it to do. I want it to stay hidden.

But as a work around you could try increasing the canvas size to match the illustrator file, paste in the object then crop off the excess canvas in photoshop

If you want to have the pricing procedure at delivery level then you need to assign a pricing procedure at delivery level also
Just go through the path to maintain the pricing procedure at delivery level.
IMG -> Logistics execution -> Shipping -> Basic Shipping Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing Procedure. for Delivery.

Before you make an apple ID with the new email, go to appleid.apple.com. login with your old email and password. change your old email to your new one. Now you can use your new email as your apple id, but beware if you go through the process of creating a new appleid with your new email address you will not be able to attach your old account to your new email.

the 3rd party tool is ETL , you can use ETL tool and the prepare the load files then you can use LSMW method to upload the data to SAP.

How can I move address book information between Address Book and Entourage?

(I have the same question regarding iCal and Entourage.) I have a lot of important information to enter, info that would be very difficult to relocate. I had some problems with iCal awhile back (it started randomly deleting events), so I am trying to figure out which program(s) to use. Since I don't have much experience with these, I would ideally like to be able to start in Entourage since that program seems better laid out for me, but be able to export the information to Address Book and iCal so I can make use of the Address Book widget feature, etc.
Is it realistically possible to export from Entourage into AB and iCal and how do you it?
Also, I have a first generation iPod, and just got an iPod Touch so that I could have access to this information on the go, along with the rather lame "notes" approach to entering information (while I hope for a free upgrade that will allow me to edit my calendar). So I am also trying to figure out:
How do I export Entourage information onto my iPod Touch? Can it be done directly easily now or does it need to go through AB and iCal?

Yo ratboy,
You can do this. In order to map the images, they must be attached as a 3D resource. (There is a free plugin for this; search the forum for "Attach3DResource.api"). Once the images are attached, you can use the 3D Javascript API to map them to the meshes you desire.
For one doc, I attached 25 images in this manner. I then used the script below to create a bunch of empty meshes, and then apply the images to said meshes.

my canon video camera (HV20) wasnt being recognised by iMovie (error message...in system report was "Unable to list FireWire devices".)
in researching a solution i came across some firewire advice in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1151#trouble which suggests there may be a "software conflict between the device and something in your original user account."
i changed to another account on my iMac and my camera connected immediately.
is anybody able to explain how i go about fixing this "software conflict".

With the Mail.app quit and using the Finder, go to Home > Library > Mail > Mailboxes > Outbox.mbox.
The Outbox.mbox represents "Out" in the mailboxes drawer and is shared by all accounts.
Delete the Outbox.mbox and empty the Trash.
Launch Mail and a new Outbox.mbox will be created automatically by Mail within the Mailboxes folder and this should resolve the problem.

You can manually enter the path to the 2012 feed and it will connect and download the RemoteApps and Desktop connections.

How can I get iTUNES library to display renamed files and folders (renamed with Windows Explorer)?

How can I get iTunes library to display the new names and organisation of tracks and albums (ie files and folders) that I have renamed and reorganised (using Windows Explorer) having previously imported them using iTunes?
(Even when I relocate "lost" tracks in iTunes (using the drop down menu facility to view in Windows explorer), although iTunes will then play the track, and knows where to find it, it refuses to display the track with its correct (new) name, or show it the correct (new) album. That means I have lots of things called "Untitled" and "Track 01" etc, all of which have actually been renamed, but iTunes does not seem to have the capability to recognise the changes and update its library listing. Another example - a Tchaikovsky CD with 3 major works in 13 tracks insists on displaying in iTunes as 13 tracks in one album, despite the fact that I have reorganised the tracks into 3 albums - two being Swan Lake and The Nutcracker - and renamed the individual tracks to a more useable format.)

I agree with Tgod that your first solution does not work. It appears unpredictable whether the old or new file names are listed when you drag the folders into iTunes from Windows Explorer. The folder structure is completely missing. I reckon if you have to muck around spending days/weeks/months finding out how to fix links to a secret meta-file (obviously designed by some deep-cover microsoft worm working in the Apple!), then it's pretty obvious that almost any alternate way of doing this would be better. Bye bye iTunes!!
Incidentally, I tried several other things that (if the software was designed intuitively) should work, but give disastrous results:
1) when deleting the library listing in iTunes, it gives you two options - one is to remove the listings to the Recycler. Be aware that IF you select that option, it removes not only your library listing, but also your ACTUAL MUSIC FILES to the Recycler. Moreover, it does NOT remove the insidious secret meta-file that is what apparently keeps rewriting old names over your carefully renamed file names, and keeps totally ignoring your carefully designed folder (album) structure. OK - not a complete disaster, as I realised and went hunting through the chaos in the Recycler to recover all my files. No thanks to the genius who designed this brilliant feature!
2) after deleting the library listing in iTunes, I attempted to import just the folders that I wanted. iTunes refused to allow me to do that, and proceeded to try to import every frigging music file it could find on my whole hard drive, in apparently random fashion into the library. Whoever thought up that doozy either never ever tried to use or market test it, or has modified their mind rather too many times with artificial substances so their brain is like muesli chop suey.
3) oh why go on, it's too depressing ...

How can I measure input voltages on a 7330 board and UMI 7764 with LabView?

I would like to use LabView with the Motion Card 7330 card. Since both are NI products I wondered if such is possible, rather than just use the NI Motion software. I would like the ability to use some VI's that I make.
Also, how can set up LabView and/or NI Motion to record voltages on the inputs? And how do I tell the card that the voltages I want to record are in the 0-10V range? I understand there are different configurations such as measuring -5 to 5 V or 0 - 10V, etc, and I just want to make sure I don't damage the card by putting in 8 V on the input, for example.

       Basically, a limit switch or a home switch is a physical sensor that sends a signal whenever the system reaches that point. So if there is a default position, or "home", then you would put one of these sensors there so that when the motor or stage is in this position the system software will recieve the signal and know. Limit switches are the same and are to prevent the system from going past the limits.
      You mentioned that you were looking in the installation guide. This is a great resource to get started but only scratches the surface. When you install the driver, NI-Motion, it will install to the programs list (Windows Start button >> Programs >> National Instruments >> NI-Motion) a directory for documentation. In this folder you can find the complete manual for motion; as well as, documentation for all of the boards. This is a default, if for some reason you don't have it these manuals can also be found online. Cross-referencing the motion and the motion controller manuals should get you most everything you need to know. If not, then a search at NI.com is also helpful. You could use the general search and select support or there is ni.com/kb for all of the knowledgebase articals There are lots of tutorials on Devzone about motion basics and programming.
