How can i have my aperture projects load into toast?

Since iDdv is no longer spported and i was told that "Toast Titanium11" was the most compatible dvd creating app availible. But the issue I'm having is none of my project is aperture are appearing in the toast photos, media or iphotos screen. Even under tab "Data" aperture's photos are not accessable. tried to just creat a file but i keep getting a message "unable to comply because originals are offline." The same message occurs when i try to export the file But the file is accessble in aperture. I hate to go back to apple store to hear that they can't help.

With Disk Utilities I just create Disk Images and set the formats to NTFS (with Tuxera NTFS) and to Fat 32?
Okay, but these creates .dmg files of those format... but i still can't open them in Win 7.
Would a .dmg to..... .iso, .wim or anything work?

Can I have two Aperture projects with same name?

Hi. I'm new to Aperture and an advanced iPhoto user. I started using Aperture sharing the same library with iPhoto (that new functionallity).
I've read lots of manuals and tutorials (Apple's and others) as well as this support topics. I understand iPhoto Events are now Aperture Projects and I've read a lot about how should it be organized and so on.
My problem is: I got, for example, 4 iPhoto Events with the name "Friends". The appear in Apperture as 4 Projects named "Friends". I decided to rename one of them and the I came back to "Friends" name. Aperture won't let me: it appends "(1)". It seems I cannot name to Projects the same way, although I have that.
Before: Friends, Friends, Friends, Friends
After renaming one of them and trying to get back to original name: Friends, Friends, Friends, Friends (1)
I have that duplicated name because it is like a title, photos of my friends in different time (one Friends is from 2005, other from 2010, and so on, for example).
It seems pretty bad I have to come up with a new name for each new Project, considering I have hundreds of them today. Any tips? Thanks.

If there is nothing separating the images then put them all in the same project. If you have a project Friends you know all your friends images are in there and you can find the ones you want by date or keyword or even Face.
There is no requirement to have the images from different times at the bar to be in different projects. I personally wouldn't work that way but if having a project called Friends at Bar works for you then place all the images of your friends at the bar in that project.
Of course another way to look at this is to use albums to pull all the images of your Friends at Bars together. Don't have the name of the project organize your library, create albums and/or smart albums to collect the images into meaningful groupings.

I prefer not to use the command line, so i would like to run those projects with netbeans, is it posible?Probably. Other IDEs can run multiple programs at once, so Netbeans probably can, too. But, as cotton.m suggested, you should concentrate on learning Java before you learn how to use an IDE.

Your Aperture library should populate automatically. Mine always has.
However, since it is not working for you, there is a preferences file (plist) that controls all this. I would suggest that you move the com.Apple.iApps.plist preferences file to the trash according to the instructions here.

To move entire projects export them as Aperture Libraries, and then import those Libraries into the other Aperture Library:
Select the Project in the Inspector, then
File -> Export -> Project as Library
In the other Library do:
File -> Import -> Library/ Project
But I am not quite convinced, that the size of your current Aperture Library is responsible for the slowness of Aperture - Aperture is designed to cope with huge libraries.
You may want to post your hardware setup and details of your library, and some of the hardware experts here may help you to find the reason for the slowness.
A huge library should only be a problem, if the projects are too big, and if you have many, many smart albums at the root level of your library.
So keep the projects small, and try to move some of your smart albums to lower levels in your folder structure (then Aperture does not need to scan all of your images to build the smart album).
Other reasons for Aperture's slowness may be, e.g.
An overfull system drive and/or external drive (keep at least 20% of your drives empty)
lack of RAM
a corrupted Aperture Library, that needs repairing
Have you checked those options, before you split your library? It would be a pity to split it, for you would loose the ability to browse all parts at the same time, to use all your images in the Media Browser, etc.

Your support page says it does not install Acrobat and I have to look in the Extensions folder for an MSI file. Also I now administer the teams and have accepted the invitation to I received to be a team member and download the apps. The admin page shows that I have been sent an invitation but does not show my account as "ACtive" unlike my other team members. I tried to use the link in the invite to accept it become active but the link displayed an error saying I had already accepted the invite... why is no account not active?
Finally what other product downloads in Creative Cloud do not actually download as part of the Creative cloud Packager for downloading the apps? e.g. acrobat and what else?

Are you able to copy the contents of the DVD to your computer? Are you receiving any particular error messages when you are trying to install? Finally which operating system are you using?

The backups for your version are date-time stamped as the name and with an extension of .fcpproject. They look like this.
The original project is named CurrentVersion.fcpproject.
You need to replace the CurrentVersion with the backup file and rename it to be CurrentVersion.fcpproject.
With FCPX closed, I suggest you move the original to the Trash, but not empty it. Then promote your backup one level higher in the project folder hierarchy (to be at the same level that the original previously occupied. Then rename the backup.
Open up FCPX, which should now recognize your project.

This is not what I mean. I'm not a new user of computers. Even when the window fills the screen. There are wide boarders either side, have to press the AA serveral times to increase web page (in the tool bar top left) so that the web page fits the window.

Basically, the SWF file would be a standalone document sent by e-mail (or people would post on their web pages), and this SWF would display the content of another web page (consisting mostly in a live video on a black background)

Yeah maybe I wasn't clear enough... Here's the big picture.
I run a live TV station, broadcasting 24/7 on the web via a Flash application (a projector basically). The video feed is streaming on my site, as well as on numerous web sites across the net. A Flash projector is also available as a standalone application, people download and use it to watch the movies without opening a web page.
I am currently changing the broadcast method, from Flash stream to HTTP stream. But since my TV is already posted and linked in many places, I want to change the Flash object on my server with a new one, that has a HTTP stream instead of the Flash stream. It seems that HTTP stream cannot be embedded in a SWF, but it can be displayed on a HTML web page. The solution I came up with is to have a HTML page to load in the Flash player. All I would need to do is to have that HTML page to display the HTTP stream.
So from there, most of my audience would not need to change anything to watch my streaming TV, while those who downloaded the old Flash projector would need to download a new one.

If there is no iDVD on Your Mac (and it's not on newer Macs as Apple discarded it) then You need a program that can do this.
Your Mac can burn CDs and DVDs - BUT DVD as Data-DVDs not as Video-DVDs - they need a program to be encoded and STRUCTURED as such.
• iDVD is part of the boxed version of iLife'11 and can only be bought outside Apple as on Amazon and e-bay
• DVD Studio pro - Part of FinalCut Studio Pro bundle - this to has expired and can only be bought second handed. (High price and tough learning Curve - but best ever done.)
• Roxio Toast™ - Not as elegant as iDVD - but has many other positive additions (I like it as 10-Pro incl BD-component) (now version 11)
• Burn - only free alternative I know of on internet. Very simple - Just for doing a plain Video-DVD

Hello, does anybody know if I can have more than one loader?
Ive made a thumbnailviewer with children, but when I track
the progressevent, the loader sum it all up to 1 load.
I want a loader for each picture, how could this be done?

I did not look at the code close enough.
First of all, a correct way to add a loaded bitmap image is:
addChild(Loader.content);
Second, content is available once it starts loading
(Event.INIT). So because the content is not available right away -
there is no parent - if you know what I mean.
I tried my best to write something that may work (see
attached code). I did not test it though and even did not test the
syntax - I am on a computer that doesn't have my development tools.
The logic is:
Make container --> make loader --> give them the same
name for match them later --> attach INIT listener to
contentLoderInfo --> inside the listener: get the name of the
loader -- > add loader content to display list --> add
textfield --> attach progress listener.
Inside progress listener the logic is the same - to find the
name an update the appropriate textfield.
Frankly, this solution doesn't look elegant to me. I would
rather make a class that extends Loader and handles all the logic.
Or, perhaps, someone else can show a better way without classes.
Let me know if it works.
Second thought: Obviously this solution is a bit stupid -
when INIT is invoked - image is available and adding the progress
is useless.
I am too tired to think about different way to accommodate
your need for the progress display. But, maybe, if you follow the
logic you can make appropriate adjustments keeping in mind the
sequence of the events and availability of the objects.
