How can i have to windows open at the same time

i have to applications open and i want them on the same window at the same time but these little triangles show up and only allow me to have one open on my screen, i was able to before however. How can i change this?

Reduce the two windows so that they both fit on your screen. Now click on the edge of either window and then on the book mark of the website you want and that website will appear in that window, and do the same thing on the other window for a different book mark, OR type in a different website name in each of the windows and you will get those websites in the respective windows.
I know...it seems so easy, but I had to ask someone else how to do it too !

Are you saying that you can't open a new window using {Ctrl + N} or with File > New Window?
If so, something added to Firefox is blocking the opening of new windows, and you need to do a little troubleshooting to discover what is causing that fault.

I heard from my friend that I cannot have 2 browsers open at the same time. He said that it will damage the computer. I have an iMac with the intel chip. I do somethings online that I need 2 browsers open for long periods of time. Is this okay?

Yes of course you can. I have run Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Opera simultaneously.

Don't use any full screen options for any app that has them
Mount your device and double click on it to open it. Drag this window to the upper right of your Desktop and resize it to a bit less than half of your Desktop.
Open the next folder and position it on the lower left side and resize it so you can still see the previous window.

In IE the page can either be set to 100% or whatever you wish, and once set future pages open up displayed the same way. With FF every time I open a page I have to hit ctrl+ about 3 or 4 times to get it to fill the screen
I have tried changing the default font to 16 with a min of 16 and not letting the page decide etc. I am sure that this has been asked before, but I have not used FF in several years.

Can't have multiple videos open at the same time?

I often start buffering another video when one is finished, so I usually tend to have 3-4 videos open at times. However, about a week ago, the adobe flash plugin would crash. So, I followed this guide:

I also disabled the plugin container. Now, the plugin stops crashing, but firefox stops responding whenever I open a third video. Then, firefox itself crashes. Please help!

I was wondering whether, with the new management scheme, it would recognize the external libraries as source images, linked to my main library, so that when I'm connected to the external drive, they appear in my main library, fully editable, but when the external is offline, they appear as linked offline previews.
In other words, will the other libraries be suitable as "other" source folders?

I don't know if it would quite work like that, but you could import all the projects from those other libraries, then use the new tools to move the master files back to those external drives. Then you would essentially have what you were looking for, which is one central library with some master images held offline in case you needed them later.

When i have 4 or 5 browser windows open at the same time, sometimes they get grouped into one tab and i can not ungroup them. why does this happen?

4 or 5 browser windows open at the same time. Tabs are down in the control bar. every now and then they just combine into one pop up. can't undo and very annoying. Have to close all out and start over.

This can happen if you drag a tab slightly down in the browser window while clicking.
Firefox has a feature called tear-off tabs
You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window.
You can also do this via the right-click context menu of a tab: Move to New Window
You can drag that tab back to the tab bar in the original window to undo that detaching.

In case you didn't fully understand what dallon meant, it means another user account on your computer. You set that up in Windows and then instal iTunes onto that account.
That way, you each have your own desktop and your own itunes. You can link to the songs in the other person's library as well, but you cannot run both iTunes at the same time. (That simply means you need to close it on the first account before opening it on the second account.)

How do we keep the panels and the icons windows open at the same time?

Hi, I was watching a tutorial and noticed that he had the panels and icons window open at the same time as seen in this picture:
When ever I click the arrow on the right it removes one of these panels from my view.
How do I do this?

Navigator to layers is a 2nd column. The double arrow is bascially a collapse button. In the screenshot you show has column 1 of windows is collpased, and column 2 is uncollapsed.
