Hi, within the version 7.0.1 I am able to install noscript extension for example for all users.
With version 8.0 the extensions are disabled by default, so I do not install it on company computers.
How can I manage extensions and settings for all users in 9.0?

Since this type of licensing is not yet available here in the Philippines, they are suggesting that they can purchase it in their country.
My main concern is, will there be any conflict upon installing/activating an adobe software under Creative Cloud which will be purchased from their country?

It appears that you have apps that need updating that were pruchased from more than one account
- Go to settings>Store and sign out and sign into your account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

You are most of the way there. Each user having access to hard drive is the key. If users are limited in file privileges this is harder.
Any files you add to your library and any files she adds to her library are available to the other. Just not automatically. Each user must add the files to their own library using the add file or add folder option from menu bar.
What I have done is set library location to a location outside of My Documents\My Music. On my network storage I have a folder names s:\itunes. Both accounts iTunes are set to use this location for the library.

This is very possible and you can do it in few very steps.
 1-First you have to download the xpi add-on file instead of installing it.
 2-Use the following command at the run prompt (type Windows + R): firefox -install-global-extension
 For example if your downloaded xpi add-on is on C:\Users\Simon\Downloads\
 Then you write firefox -install-global-extension C:\Users\Simon\Downloads
 Note : The addon will be normally available where every addon is. Keep in mind that only administrators can uninstall it.

How can I create a default dock for all users (Mavericks)?

I would like to modify the dock to display specific installed applications.
I then want this dock to be the default dock for any users that log in.
OS is Mavericks.
All users are AD users.
No server management.
We use Deep Freeze to revert the Mac to the way we set it up.
I can find info for previous versions of OSX; basically just copying the plist, but I can't find anything that works for Mavericks.
Any help would be appreciated!

You could set up a user template for new user accounts, but you can’t stop individual users from modifying their Dock to suit their needs.
I don’t know how to modify the user template, so you’ll have to google for it.

Hi everybody! I am running a local ubuntu server at my office. I can set some defaults preferences (about:config) for all new users in the system by defining those prefs in the /etc/firefox/syspref.js.
Now, I want to define default toolbar layout in a similar way (maybe not needed but fun), to copy the toolbar layout for my user. Is there a general way to do that?

You can try to create a default template folder (defaults/profile) in the Firefox and place the file(s) in that folder for newly created profile.
The only way to customize an existing profile is to copy files directly to it.

How can i install and activate my Creative suite 2 Standard on my new computer??

My old computer was to slow after many years. Before I dumped it I removed the whole Creative Suite from the computor. Now it is inpossible to activate the program via internet or by telefone. trying to activate I get the message: "Activation Server Unavailable" and it didn´t work to avtivate by phone (tried several times, following the the steps accurately).
It´s a shame that a big company suddenly can make my very expensive and, for me nessesary program, totally worhtless after decemer 13 2012!!

They didn't. Adobe decommissioned the CS2 activation server last year.
They also made available non-activation versions of CS2 for existing CS2 customers to download.
Just re-download and re-install (no need for activation with CS2 any more).

I would like to create a custom dock for everyone that uses a certain Mac. I have found a bunch of stuff, but it is outdated. Most of the tutorials are for 10.4 or 10.5. I am using 10.7.4 and I have found nothing regarding that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

That creative cloud installation of Lightroom will have to be uninstalled. It cannot be activated with the serial number you have. You can download the trial version from one of these two websites, and activate it with your serial number:
Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
You will not lose any of the work you may have done using the trial version. In the future, when posting questions it would really help if you would identify your operating system and other pertinent computer information.

.dmg.part is not a complete file.. It usually indicates that the entire file has not been downloaded yet. Are you sure you downloaded the entire file? (i recommend updating itunes through  > Software Update

You may have to log in as the Administrator user rather than
"run as adminstrator".
Beyond that, are there really enough users on a system that
they can't install the extension(s) they need themselves?

Do you have access to another Mac with a disk drive? If so you can do it in one of two ways:
1 - on the Mac with the optical drive launch Disk Utility and make a disk image of the iLife 11 disk. Connect the two Macs together and transfer the disk image to your MacBook Air. Mount the disk image and install from it. I have my iLife disks saved that way for quick and easy reinstall when necessary.
2 - connect the two Mac together so you can access the MBA from the Mac with the disk drive. Insert the iLife disk, and install from the second Mac to the MBA.
