How can i install mac os when i already erased my hard disk and no way to go back to my mac i'm in did erased by conrol key r then i can't do anything i have four choices restore back up,reinstall ,get help online here where i'm using the broswer and disk
when i tried to reinstall from that option and i entered my apple id it says that i need apple id that was used to purchase lion,
i have no cd for that when i bought it.i am using macbook pro.
i can's use my mac anymore i am using it by clicking on control and key R when i on then i use get help online to get help like now.
i have no back up too.
what can i do in this situaion .
Try CMD+R. That will restore the latest version you were running.

It sounds like maybe you installed a trial at some point in the past and trashed the application folder rather than doing an uninstall?

I bought the Dreamweaver CS5 for Windows a few years ago. Now I have also a Mac Book pro, where I have to Install the Dreamweaver CS5. I have made the Download for Mac, but I can't Install it. When I push the button, I got an error message.
CS5 for Windows can only be installed on Windows operating system.
You would need to purchase CS5 for Mac OS.
Given that CS5 is now 4 versions back, it's unlikely you'll find a copy.
You could get DW CC from the Creative Cloud which supports both Win/Mac platforms.

If restoring using your backup didn't work, you'll have to save as much of your data as you can (import your photos to your computer, sync your contacts and other data with iCloud, email things like Notes and Voice Memos to yourself, sync with iTunes to transfer all your purchases, etc.) and then restore it as new without using your backup.

How do I install recommended updates, when I click on adobe flash plugin update now buttons, I hit a dead end on oracle's website, how do I complete the update?
First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here:

IMO, the best version of Flash for WinXP. Adobe kept up with security updates for 10.3 for WinXP users long after Flash 11.0 came out in 2011 for Vista and newer versions of Windows.
Run the uninstaller, then reboot your operating system.
Then you can run the Flash installer, with Firefox closed, of course.
''Note, if you still use IE you'll need to reinstall the ActiveX version of Flash for IE. That uninstaller removes all versions of Flash that might be installed,'' -

Let me see if I've gotten this right! You want to remove an account from BOTH machines? Do this for your new machine first, then for the other.
Click the Apple logo on the top left of the screen, System Preferences, Users and Groups (under Systems), unlock the lock in the window if its locked (you need to know the password), select the user that you wish to remove, and click the - sign next to the + sign for Login options. A window will pop up with some options. Select Delete this user and securely, and click 'Delete user'.
After this, do an update from the App Store.
Thats all there is to it.
For the other machine repeat the process except for one thing. Before you delete the user in this case YOU, you will have to give Administrator priviledges to your son bu checking the box 'Allow user to administer this computer'.
Do NOT do anything from Finder ... if you dont know how to fix the consequences of the problems caused.
There is no need to unauthorize your iTunes account on your new machine. Do it on the old machine though. -

If you do then that won't stop you being able to purchase items on your phone - you only need to be logged into an account to be able to purchase with it.
