How can I install my forms application??

Hi, sorry for my english.
I make a aplicattion in Forms and Reports, is finished. But i need install this aplicattion in other pc, i think that i need to install Oracle Xe, obviously, but... if in this pc only execute my aplicattion... Is necesary install forms and reports developer??
Exist some packs whit only the runtimes installation for only execute my aplication??
im use 6i version, and Oracle Xe 10g

test this: display an image from a database-table in your form. It runs with 8i, 9i databases, not 10.
Some things like tables may run with forms 6i against 10 XE, but I don't think that it is a good idea to run it productive, without checking metalink, if 10 XE is certified

Well you have to install ORACLE developer runtime on your client side. then just copy your complied forms (fmx) files to your client machine and set it up to run.

That is completely false about Windows. Windows does not automatically get infected with anything the minute you connect it to the net. My god where do you come up with that? I run several Windows PCs and none of them run any malware or anti virus programs and none of them have ever been infected with anything and they are always connected to the Internet. I'm typing this reply from one such Windows PC.
It's all about how you use your computer not the OS it runs. Sure Windows is a much bigger target for the scum of the world to attack as it has 90% of the market so the people that write the viruses and malware programs do it for a system they have a better chance of infecting.
But to ***-U-Me that just because you have Windows and you go to the Net that it will get infected with something is just a Bold Face Lie. And I suspect you know that.
So why not post truths instead of the Lie in your post.
By the way Mac's can also be infected as has been proven recently. So no matter what OS you run you can get infected. Now that is not a Lie.

I am trying to create an installer for our J2EE application using WLS.
Our requirements:
a. Create a fresh domain/server
b. Create/configure JDBC connection pool/datasources
c. Setup startup classes d. Deploy our J2EE application
Here are the steps:
a. Create a new directory (say myapp)
b. Copy files config.xml, DefaultAuthenticatorInit.ldift and SerializedSystemIni.dat
from an already configured WLS (I have one that has everything including JDBC
datasources/startup classes, etc)
c. Create a directory myserver/upload/myapp
d. Put myapp.ear e. Start the server
Is this the right approach or is any other better way of installing a J2EE app?
Any help in this would be highly appreciated.

Check out weblogic 8.1 and the ant tasks wlconfig and wlserver to do this
all from ant.

Also you can do
java weblogic.Server in any new directory and it will create a new config.
You can pass a command line switch,
mkdir -p /temp/mynewdomain
cd /temp/mynewdomain
java -Dweblogic.management.GenerateDefaultConfig=true -Dweblogic.management.
password=foobar1234 -Dweblogic.management.username=foobar1234
weblogic.Server
That will start a new server with a brand new defaulted config. You then in
7.0 have to run java weblogic.Admin command to create and set mbean
attributes, this means from shell having to fire up VM over and over, from
ANT you wont have this problem if you fork, but I think weblogic.Admin has a
nasy system.exit in it in 7.0 ( Sorry).
Things are better in 8.1 and in our next release we are in planning stages
for adding an installation step to deployment and allowing an applicaiton to

Which operating system are you trying to install it on?
In short, if you're trying to install an older PowerPC version of Photoshop onto an Intel-based Mac then you're out of luck.
You could look into purchasing Photoshop Elements 11.

Hey buddy
You will not find any SATA or IDE settings in the BIOS. The problem is that you have not installed the SATA driver which is necessary to install the XP on this notebook.
The key is Intel Matrix Storage Manger!
The Storage Manager has to be included into the Windows XP OS during the setup procedure using the button F6.
At the other hand you could include the Storage Manger using the free application called nLite.
Search a little bit in this forum. There are enough threads and postings regarding this theme.

Using object tags is the correct way and only way to download the plugin and let the client decide whether he can download it r not. There is no way to install automatically
I dont think there is a way to install automatically without a user intervention coz, it can open the floodgates for potential hackers.
Can u cite an example about which programs can be installed automatically and why do u want the plugin to be installed automatically?
