How can I install new windows on NB200-10z without a CD drive?

Hi,
I have a mini laptop "Toshiba nb200-10z" and it doesnt startup anymore.
I would like to do a recovery, but it also doesnt work.
I know there is a shortcut like press the 0 button when the laptop is starting up.
With this shortcut you can start the recovery to reset the software.
But when I press the 0 button it gives me an error.
So I think the recovery drive/partition is lost.
How can I install new windows on this minilaptop without a CD drive?

I have found a much easier way to install Windows 7 from a USB Flash drive. Unlike other methods where you have to write complicated commands, this method can be completed even by those who have very little computer background.
The whole process takes only two steps, run UNetbootin, load the Windows 7 ISO file, and finally restart your computer.
Before you begin, you will require the following:
USB Flash Drive (4GB minimum)
Windows 7 ISO Image file
UNetbootin
Note: If UNetbootin doesnt work, try out the Microsofts official tool called Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool.
Now insert the USB drive, run UNetbootin, and select Disk Image as ISO. Browse your local drive for Windows 7 ISO that you downloaded and click Open. Now Select Type as USB and choose the drive. Once done, it will look like a bit similar to the screenshot shown below.
Click OK and it will begin extracting all installation files to the USB drive. The whole process will take some time (10-15 minutes), so have patience.
Once the installation is complete, reboot your computer. Now while your system is starting up press the appropriate button (usually F1, F2, F12, ESC, Backspace, or Escape) to bring up Bios Boot Menu.
Change the startup order to boot USB by default, usually you will have to press F6 to move the selected USB device on top. Once done, save changes and restart the system.

If it's the same email address Apple registration on both, use the 2nd computer and go to the App Store and find Lion. If different, use the second computer but log in to the App store with the address you used on the first go round. The buy button should instead say install. Then go through the same process again.

Can anyone help me with my problem. I need to open a child window from a link in the mother/master window. Actually, the link that would open the child window is directed to a servlet that retrieves data from the database. The data will then be displayed in the child window. I don't how to open a new window with the data retrieve (thru the servlet) displayed in it. I'm using model 2 architecture (Servlet-JSP).

I was going to say yes, but in reading http://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/create-new-documents.html I see that since CS5 the New Doc Sizes.txt file no longer exists, and I haven't been able to find any sources that say there is an alternate method that allows removal of the default presets, so I think the answer really is no, but you can add additonal sizes.
An aternative might be to define the sizes you want to use frequently as document presets, which is really useful. These have page size, margin, column, bleed, etc, settings already defined so you just select the preset from the drop-down and you don't have to set anything else.

In all probability you installed the wrong version of Windows that matches the key that was originally installed on your system. Definitely it was not Pro but probably the standard, Windows 8.1

If you don't want Boot Camp and you don't want a virtual machine, go buy a Windows computer.
Both Boot Camped Windows and Windows running in a virtual machine work well. Your issues are because of your lack of knowledge or understanding, not because Boot Camp and virtual machines are poor products. Universities, large and small businesses, home users, etc. use virtual machines to run their operating systems.
Your statements about Boot Camp and Parallels are not the experience of thousands of users.
Either find someone who is knowledgeable about running Windows on Apple computers to help you or buy a Windows computer. Believe me, if you find a way to install only Windows on your Apple computer without using Boot Camp or a virtual machine you will have more problems than what you have already experienced.

Anyway there's a way to get Japanese input on a s60v5.
Fisrt : Get a Japanese support font (Unicode font).
If you cant find it mail me i will send it to you.
Make a folder Resource\Fonts in memcard
Put the 4 fonts there.
This is enough to VIEW unicode.
To be able to INPUT it, Get an application called MFep60Setup . Its a IME (input method editor)
And if you have only touchscreen, install a MVK software (virtual keyboard). I cant post links here but can google these two names for s60v5 and you'll find it.
You may need to "sign" these apps before installing. Or "Hack" your phone. Guides are out there how to do that. Go figure!

As someone who uses predictive typing constantly when I use my iPhone I can understand not having it available would be upsetting. Let's see if we can get you back up and running.
You can activate predictive typing by going to Settings > Keyboard > Predictive and turn it on. See this help article for reference -

If you have just hidden the predictive text suggestions by moving the suggestions bar down you will see just the gray top of that bar. You can drag it up again to regain the view.

You have to understand the difference between an Update and an Upgrade.
An Update is a free change to add to the base code or as a bug fix within an existing Operating System. Such as the .8 added to 10.5.
An Upgrade is a complete new Operating System that must be purchased. Such as 10.5 Leopard to 10.6 Snow Leopard.
10.5 Leopard was based on Power PC code and was written to be able to run on both Power PC and Intel processors.
10.6 Snow Leopard has completely rewritten code and only runs on Intel Macs.
10.7 Lion used some 32 bit which allows it to run on Late 2006 through Early 2008 MacBooks and a lot of 64 bit code.
10.8 Mountain Lion is pure 64 bit, which excludes more systems than Lion did. It can only run on the Late 2008 through Mid 2010 MacBooks. It's not something you can add memory to, for example, as it involves the base architecture.
You have to upgrade to 10.6.8 to be able to download iTunes 10.7 or 11. The 10.6 Snow Leopard DVD is back in the Apple online store. You can get it for $19.99.
