If it's the same machine (same CPU) there should not be any need to activate. The actiovation is tied to your CPU.

.dmg.part is not a complete file.. It usually indicates that the entire file has not been downloaded yet. Are you sure you downloaded the entire file? (i recommend updating itunes through  > Software Update

If it's the same email address Apple registration on both, use the 2nd computer and go to the App Store and find Lion. If different, use the second computer but log in to the App store with the address you used on the first go round. The buy button should instead say install. Then go through the same process again.

My computer is starting to run really slow and it consistently freezes up when I run Photoshop and other applications. I want to reset my computer to its factory settings to get rid of any virus or other bad programs that were installed. However, I do not want to lose my PS application.
