How can I install the programms again after a system restore?

After my system went down, right after installation of the programms with the Adobe Applicaton Manager, I had to restore the system. Of course by then all the installed applications weren't working.
I will have to reinstall them. But unfortunately I can't download and install the applications again because AAM thinks they are allready installed. Thus far nothing works. Who can help me?

Run the Cleaner tool to remove all the Adobe Software and then check in the AAM.

Not sure I understand you correctly.. Are you currently in China, and therefore unable to download the app? Also, which program is it that you're trying to get?

1. I am running on Windows 8.1
2. When running the installer file from https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/reflow I get the following choice
I click "OK" which doesn't do anything for me (CC is off).
I turn CC on and run the installer again. I get the following window that within few settings disappears:
Then - just for half a second it says "Launching Creative Cloud desktop" and then it brings CC to front, and that's all.
RF still not there.
3. I spoke ta support agent on the Adobe chat on Friday. He looked into my computer for an hour. Uninstalled After Effects (after failing to update it). For some reason all apps disappeared from the list. They then reappeared after he opened PS.
This morning After Effects is still showing up in my system and is operational.
Weird.
4. At the end the agent suggested maybe Firewall is the problem here. Trying that out now.

The App Store app cannot be deleted so look for it using Spotlight or manually in all the app pages and folders.
Also check Settings > General > Restrictions: should be OFF
     iTunes : ON?
     Installing Apps: ON?

Hold down the Option key while you boot your Mac. Then, it should show you a selection of devices. Click your flash drive and it will boot from that.

Pictures taken with the device are designed to regularly be copied off the device to a computer as would be done with any digital camera.
If you have failed to use the device as designed it may be too late to recovery anything.
Is the device regularly backed up to a computer via iTunes? If so, the most recent backup (when restored to a replacement iOS device) should contain all contacts and pictures as of when the backup was created.

values are showing in table like( 4.50,5.00) but i am trying to do some processing with these values then ithe zeroes are truncated like (4.5,5),

If the values in the table have trailing zeroes, it's a character type column.
Once you perform operations on them, they're implicitely converted to the number type, hence "losing" trailing zeroes.
To get the trailing zeroes back, you have to convert them back to character data:

How can I install the iMac Graphics Firmware Update 2.0, if the screen is white and I can't get to the Apple menu? My computer has 5 vertical purple lines against white screen at startup before the Apple logo appears and the spinning gear...then everything disappears and the screen hangs on the white screen. I have tried unplugging and removing all my peripherals and the COMMAND, OPTION, P & R set of keys and still nothing. I have tried COMMAND C to start up from cd and it only tells me to turn off the computer and turn it back on. You may have hardware problem, I think a visit to your local Apple Store or AASP is in order.
