How can I keep my bookmarks updated live in Firefox & Chrome on the same PC?

I use both Firefox & Chrome on my notebook. I have a huge number of bookmarks set up & up until now I have to export/import my bookmarks between Firefox & Chrome on the same notebook on a regular basis to ensure that any updates or changes I make when using Chrome or Firefox are updated. This is very time consuming & means that either one or the other (FF or Chr.) are never truly synchronised or up to date.
Is there an easy way to ensure that any changes I make when using FF or Chr. are updated on a "live" or real time basis?
FYI - I do not wish to "sync" this data to any other hardware.

Your question does not make much sense. iCloud syncs Safari's bookmarks between devices. If you delete a web site's bookmark from one device it will be removed from all other devices setup to sync to your iCloud account. If this is a bookmark to other websites you have an account with such as Amazon or other sites you are only removing the bookmark to that site, you would have to log into that website to remove thae account related to that site.

If all you want is an additional email address you can create up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account.
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account, move it to another account, or reactivate it if you delete it.

You probably should not be using a keyboard bluetooth profile for a scanner, I am not a developer for apple so do not know the location for you to find out the correct profile you should be using for an input device that is not a keyboard. Sorry,

Maybe this will help. The link at the bottom is the same one that was posted above.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock rotation can be accessed via the task bar in the same manner as described above.

Photos that were synced from your computer using iTunes can only be deleted by de-selecting them from the folder from where they were synced - and then re-syncing.
Connect the iPad to the PC and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
If you want to remove all of the Photos - uncheck the Sync Photos from Heading
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

a) are running a multi-threaded server (requires TUXEDO 7 or newer + compilation
options) or
b) use tpacall() instead of tpcall() and specify the flag TPNOREPLY. This is probably
not what you want to accomplish, though.
The reason is that TUXEDO servers by default (and always in versions before 7)
are single-threaded. If service A and B both reside in server X, server X will
be busy taking care of the call to A. If A makes a call to B, the call will be
put on the queue to X, but X will not look at the queue until it is done with
A, which won't happen until B returns... deadlock!
You can play tricks with starting multiple instances of X, but in the end you
will always face a risk (something lika a race-condition) for a dead-lock.
Solution: Move service B to another server (usually quite easy) OR switch to multi-threading,
if that's possible. Just make sure all code your service calls is MT-safe as well...

How can I keep my bookmarks if I downgrade from 5.0 to 3.6.19?

Firefox 5.0 takes so long to load on my computer it's ridiculous. I've put up with it for a few weeks and now I really want to get rid of this version. I'm running Windows XP by choice, have a 2.66 ghz processor, and 4 GB of memory, but it still takes several minutes to load Firefox 5.0. I've cleaned out all my temp files, cleared the cache, history, etc., but nothing changes.
So I want to go back to Firefox version 3.6.19, which ran smoothly and loaded infinitely quicker. However, I notice the bookmarks in Firefox 5.0 now have a different extension (.json). Is there any way I can keep my bookmarks or transfer them to the older version if I downgrade, and how would I do that? I've added quite a few bookmarks since I upgraded and I don't want to lose them. Thanks!

To revert to the previous secure version which is 3.6.19, please do the following: 
#Go to [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html Download Firefox v3.6.19] and download it to the desktop. 
#Then go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to "Mozilla Firefox" and remove it, choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc., (''don't checkmark the box''). 
#Then reboot and delete the folder called "Mozilla Firefox" at this location: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox 
#Finally run the installation file you downloaded to the desktop earlier. 
Your bookmarks, customizations etc., are maintained in a different location and will become available to you again once you complete the installation. 
Having said that, it's always wise to have a backup handy just in case. So please do the following. 
#Click the orange Firefox button and choose "''Bookmarks''", then "''Show All bookmarks''" to open the Bookmarks Manager. 
#Click the link to ''Import and Backup'' at the top. 
#Click "'''Export HTML'''" and save the file somewhere. 
After you complete the installation, please go to the [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ Plugins Check] page and update where necessary.

Right after updating my Mozilla Firefox yesterday, a screen came up asking if I wanted to update my Firefox browser. It then described benefits of the update. It did not say it would NOT import my existing Bookmarks. After downloading the new browser I had NO bookmarks, or even a Bookmarks tab. Also there was a Yahoo! search tab which I do not want and an extra line of tabs that made the search result window below smaller, which I do not like. How can I move App Tabs to the bottom, where the other bookmark toolbars are? Or, how can I put my bookmark toolbars in two rows and forget the App Tabs?

I have several bookmarks on my toolbar, and my most often used ended up in a pull-down menu, which is annoying. I tried to click and drag them onto the menu bar, because there was room for more icons, but they won't budge. Nothing under "Toolbars" was helpful. Help would tell me to right click on my toolbar and then click on "Customize"...which didn't come up as an option. I would really like all my toolbar bookmarks (I only have about 10) to be visible on the actual toolbar, not hidden away in a small pulldown tab.
There is a plug-in that enables you to put bookmarks in two rows on your toolbars, but it is not compatible with my version of FF (7.0.1).
App Tabs are cute, but I don't like them on top where they take up room where I have the tabs for various websites open (I usually have several open at a time). App Tabs are fixed and don't scroll over like website tabs, which is extremely annoying, and hence why I 1)would like to move them to the bottom of the toolbar or 2)be able to display all my bookmarked toolbars --which is what I prefer.
BTW, I have Windows 7.

App tabs are special tabs and are always displayed at the left end of the tab bar.
You can place all bookmarks that you want to see on the Bookmarks Toolbar in the Bookmarks Toolbar folder. 
You can do that in the side bar or the Bookmarks manager if you can't do it on the Bookmarks Toolbar. 
Most Visited is a special (smart) folder that shows websites that you've visited and that aren't necessarily bookmarks, so you can't drag them on the bookmarks toolbar unless you first bookmark them. You can do that by opening them in a tab and clicking the star on the location bar twice and choose the Bookmarks Toolbar as the destination folder.
