How can I keep open in tabs as default startup?

I have my current 4 websites for my work in a favorites toolbar (as IE8) has.When I close and then restart FF7.01 I start without my tabbed version.
How can I accomplish this?

If you don't find a do-it-all extension, you can modify the tab titles with a userscript that is specific to that website. This is because the tab displays the text designated in the page as its title.
You either could "hard code" the list of words for each of the pages, or you could have a script extract information from the page, for example, the first main heading, or some other predictable bit of data. The script then would insert your preferred wording as the title of the page and Firefox will show that on the tab.
To see how that appears, so you know whether it would be useful, you could do this experiment:

If you have set Google to be your homepage, that should be the first one to appear. Are you seeing the Firefox home page when you open new tabs? New tabs should be blank by default. The only reason I've seen Firefox open new tabs with Firefox data on it is after an upgrade of the product.

I spend most of the day on my iMac, with Apple Mail open. Over a few hours, I get dozens or more emails. I deal with them on my Mac as they come in or I have time. How can I remove 'Open all in tabs' from my bookmarks? It's very annoying when you click on it by error. I downgraded from 29 to 28 because of the various bookmark issues I was having. I never had this issue with previous version of FF, why did they have to mess with stuff that was working.

Set Yahoo as you home page, and set firefox to open the homepage when it starts. (Not to open previous pages).
