Hi anybody there who can help me ha..? My phone 5s was stolen 1 month ago..Find my phone is no a big deal bcz it seems to be wiped out all data including settings. it might be in use somewhere turning new fresh Gadget.  How can i know whether my phone is in use??

You would know for a fact if the device is in use, but if you go back to the find my iPhone app in iCloud.com, you can either select to erase it, or place it in lost mode, in which case, once the device makes a connection to the internet, it will automatically go into that mode.

I have a 27" iMac with 16GB of factory installed SDRAM and 1T harddrive.  It is telling me the harddrive is full and is not functioning correctly.  How can I adjust so that all files are managed on the harddrive rather than the SDRAM.  (BTW - design flaw here.)
Older Macs with a single Harddrive would simply expand OS management on the drive, and I think I understand the new Fusion Drive to do just that, but how do I get this product that I spent a great deal of money on to be more than a pretty screen?

I was confused by this statement
It is telling me the harddrive is full and is not functioning correctly.
OS X manages ram and when you run out, it create swapfiles to extend your ram on the HDD (Hard Disk Drive). The OS itself, takes about 16 gig of space and that too resides on the HDD.  Your 16 gig of RAM is really a temporary space that holds things from the HDD so the processor can work on them.  There is no design flaw between your ram and HDD.  Something else is going on and there are a lot of smart people here to help you figure out what that "something else" is.
I would do three things.  First I would create a backup, backups are important.  Second, I would reboot into recovery and repair my HDD.  Lastly while still booted in recovery I would repair permissions.
Can you capture a screen shot of the exact error you are getting?

  • How can I tell if my iPad 3 is using up the battery too quickly?

I have only used my iPad a few times so far, and the battery isn't down to zero, but I still worry that that battery isn't holding its charge because it seems that every time I look up @ the battery indicator it has gone down a point or two, something I don't notice with any other device. Roughly how much power should it lose in an hour of light use, i.e. not streaming videos??? Should the percent go down a point or two every few minutes?
    Thanks.
    Nervous New iPad Owner

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.
How to Calibrate Your Mac, iPhone, or iPad Battery
    http://www.macblend.com/how-to-calibrate-your-mac-iphone-or-ipad-battery/
At this link http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/galaxy-tab-android-tablet,3014-11.html , tests show that the iPad 2 battery (25 watt-hours) will charge to 90% in 3 hours 1 minute. It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer. If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. • How can I find out where certain prompts are used in a BI application?

    I have 2 questions...
How do I identify all the dashboards where a specific object from my catalog is used in a BI application?
Similiarly, how can I determine all the reports and prompts that use a specific field from my subject area?
    Thanks,
    Darcy

Open catalog manager and create a report. That report can include column formula(field), table, catalog name and etc and will create a report that you can download to an excel dump giving all the reports and report paths that use those selected attributes.
Open catalog manager--> go to tools--> create report and select all you need
    Hope it helps
    thanks

  • How can I see where Paragraph / Character Styles are used?

I am editing a 40-page document and have many Paragraph styles. I have already deleted unused paragraph styles and now would like to see where are the remaining styles used to edit the text directly. IS there a way to see it? (InDesign CS4 or CS5)
    Thanks,
    Marina

Save two copies of the file.
Close the original file. In a saved copy, [EDIT] use the paragraph style panel to [/EDIT] change the text color of every paragraph style to a new color whose swatch you name for the paragraph style. For example, Head1 paragraph style's text color becomes your newly-made swatch Head1color.
Every paragraph in the document will appear in the color you assigned. This should give you a picture of which paragraphs are which style.
Save the colored version of the file if you want to keep it.

In some language, the question mark character is used a s bind variable place holder. When the SQL is executed, a value is bound to the variable. This means that same SQL can be used again and again, but with different variable values.
I hope this is true of the code you've posted below - and that the ?var? format is not used to replace that with a hard coded literal value before executing the SQL statement.

How can i know what SubVI is on SubPanel?
In the main of my application i have three subpanels that open many different SubVI, i need to know what reference of subvi is actually open
what could be the best way to do it?
    thanks,
    Andres

I'm not aware of a way of directly getting the VI reference from the subpanel control after a VI has been inserted into it. Seems like an oversight to me if it's not there. This means you will either have to create a mechanism for saving the reference that's currently open at the time that you invoke the "Insert VI" method, or you can use a roundabout means like getting the run state of a VI or reading an indicator's value, as mentioned in this thread.
