How can I listen to voice mail on my Iphone5?

I see that I have 2 voicemail messages by seeing a 2 on the voicemail blue icon. But when I touch it, it shows two people who left messages, but when I click on Audio it simply gives me a choice of how I want to hear my message: Jabra STONE, iPhone, or Speaker and Cancel.
The triangle 0:00________________________-0:59 is greyed out so by touching it nothing happens.
This is frustrating!

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
If you are seeing those other options, it means you currently have a Bluetooth device paired to the iPhone. If you choose iPhone it will play though the iPhone, and if you choose Speaker it will be played through your speakers on the iPhone.
If after tapping on the correct output you want, and are still unable to hear your voicemail, please follow the troubleshooting in the article below:

We use RingCentral to get simultaneous ring between our home and Verizon cell phone. But what was happening, was that the voice mail on my Verizon cell would pick up before I could get to the home phone, then no one would be there. We were losing clients for our small home business.
So I asked Verizon to take ALL recordings off the cell phone account. Instead, NOW clients are calling, and before I can answer the home phone, they get a recording on my cell, saying that the mailbox is not set up!
I called Verizon tech support today and the guy could NOT remove ALL recordings from my account, he said I had to do it myself, but I don't know HOW! That was why I called THEM!!!
When someone calls us, I JUST want the Verizon wireless to ring FOREVER, unless I answer it, and NOT to go picking up with stupid recordings, before I can get to my home phone!

I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having. In regards to removing the messages from your voicemail on your phone you would have to dial *86 from your cellular device which will route you to the voicemail system and ask you to enter in your password. Once the password has been entered in you can go through and listen and delete the messages.
As for wanting your phone to ring without being routed to a voicemail or receiving a recording that the voicemail box has not been set up, I apologize as we are not able to do that. On cellular devices there is not option to prevent the phone from going to voicemail. The system is set to have an set number of rings and then route to voicemail and this can not be changed. If you would like you can set up call forwarding on your cellular phone which will route your calls to your home system instead of going to voicemail. I see what you mean.This cannot be deleted without calling the voicemail.
You can remove the voicemail if you no longer want this.
Or ring the voicemail from a different number and delete it this way.

On the voicemail screen, click Greeting at the top left and record a new one. Your carrier will also have a special number you can call from the phone (usually includes a hash or star) to get to and change voicemail options.

Screen goes dark when listening to voice mail

My Droid Charge Screen always goes dark when listening to voice mail. if i want to delete or end the call, or go to speaker phone I can't do so by using the touch screen. It also goes black when I am on a call and if I want to activate or deactivate speaker phone I can't. sometimes I lose calls because of this. any way to keep the screen illuminated while on calls or voice mails?

Yes - call your number from any phone, and interrupt your greeting by pressing #. Then listen to the prompts, I think it's 4 for personal options, and from there just follow the prompts to change your greeting.

When I try to print out an E-mail that is longer than one page, part of the 2nd page is truncated. I then have to go to Safari to print out the entire E-mail without part of it being truncated.
When I have multiple E-mail addresses on a single E-mail, how can I send the E-mail so that each recipient only sees his/her name and E-mail address rather than everyone else that the E-mail is addressed to?

Some style rules that Firefox handles well on the screen can cause this problem. Many email sites have a print button which simplifies the message format and removes navigation elements, etc., and Firefox generally handles print-formatted pages better. If your email site doesn't have print-formatted pages or those do not print, a "hack" is to select the text you want to print and then choose the Selection option in the print dialog.
To hide email addresses from recipients, you need to place them in the BCC field. What do you put in the TO field in that case? You can use your own address.

Did you have it open in Reader or Acrobat Prod?
Can you log into https://files.acrobat.com/ and search for your document?
If your document is a PDF, you can open it in Adobe Reader and you can send the file using Adobe SendNow
Select 'Tools' from the top bar
In the right hand panel select 'Send Files'
Click on 'Sign In' - you will be prompeted to enter your Adobe ID and password
Enter an email address into the To field
Option: Fille out the Subject and Message fields

I also noticed that on my Work computer there were a couple songs that I had to click on the little 'cloud' icon before I could listen to them (these were not songs I imported they were songs that were already in my library).
