How can I lock labview window so casual user can't move/access desktop?

I'm developing a vi for a museum exhibit and would like to keep visitors from getting to desktop and quick launch bar. seems i can do everything else via window appearance except stopping window dragging.

If you goto File->VI properties->Window Appearance and then uncheck the "Window has titlebar" and "allow users to resize window", they should not be able to move the window. You most likely what to close the quick launch bar by dragging it off the start menu then closing it. Also, you might want to right click on the start menu and goto properties and unselect the "always on top" option. This will allow you to reposition the form to cover the start menu. If you've downloaded the media idependently to each library so far then thet won't be exactly the same as there are different naming rules for the files and folders in OS X and Windows. See Make a split library portable for some general advice. You can move a portable library between Mac and Windows, but there is a delay opening the library after each change of OS.

I have jillions of photos that were transferred in a Windows version of photoshop (many different versions) plus some that were transferred from my iPhone and also in Nikon Transfer (before I started using Photoshop). Th AVPlayerHD works well for playing other video types. You can transfer the videos via USB in the app tab in iTunes on your computer. When you open that tab when you have you iPad connected to the computer scroll down and you will see apps listed on the left and a blank on the right. Click on the app and then click on the add button under the blank window on the right. Then navigate to the video you want to play and it will transfer it to the iPad. I have about 14 movies on mine using AVPlayerHD. works very well. Also have VLC player (before it was yanked from the app store). Works about the same.
You can also get the app Air Video and stream the video to from your computer to the iPad, and even have Theo ad connected to the tv to watch on there. I do that all the time with my iPhone. Saves time with not having to sync movies all the time.

Just a note about the difference between these two things:
* "export" and "import" use an ancient HTML document format that all browsers can understand. When you import bookmarks, Firefox may place them into an Imported Bookmarks folder, or into Unsorted Bookmarks. This does not displace existing bookmarks, and Firefox does not automatically remove duplicates.
* "backup" and "restore" use a more comprehensive JSON data file, which contains extra information about your bookmarks (such as tags) not contained in the traditional export file. HOWEVER, a restore completely replaces all existing bookmarks, so the restore feature cannot be used to merge in a set of additional bookmarks.

Unfortunately you do not have direct access to iOS backs in iCloud.
I am not sure what you mean by:
It's locked with an enterprise (third party code)
Do you mean it is a corporate device and managed by Mobile Device Management software?
If so the IT department can reset the passcode.
Other than that, there is no third party iOS app that can lock the device at that level unless it is jailbroken and then no one here can help you.

If not, you cannot. There is no Premiere Elements 8 Mac version. And, you cannot install Premiere Elements 8 Windows on
a Mac computer. As I recall, Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 was the first Premiere Elements version to be offered in Windows and Mac versions.
