How can I make my content follow my master when master page size is changed?

I have a header with a menu structure etc. that is set as a master page. When I create a new page and apply the master to this page, everything looks fine. I will then start designing the rest of the page. However, if my master page should change size, the content of the page it is applied to will not move accordingly. What am I doing wrong?
I'll try explaining it with an example:
Say my header on my master page is originally 250px in height, and I design all the pages using this master, but then decide that my header needs to increase to 300 px in height. Then my master header will just be laid OVER the content of the page. Isn't there a way to make the content under the header move automatically when the master size is changed?
Also, it really should be possible to add more than one master to a page.

The correct master is applied, but I can't get it to work. Am I doing something wrong with the guides?

Purchasing additional storage only applies to iCloud, not to the phone itself. You cannot purchase additional storage for the phone, only purchase a larger capacity phone. If you have deleted all of the content that you can, then that is all of the space that you have. What is it exactly that you are trying to do? Does this have to do with space for performing an OTA update of the iOS?

If you are using rectangle as layer or accordion menu then you can use 100% width for these page items.
In control strip options , when you select the rectangle you can view 100% width button which would make it browser width.

Hi, everyone. I am currently creating PDFs that have different page sizes (2 pages at 8.5" x 11" and other pages that range from 40"w x 80"h to 150"w x 150"h). I'm trying to package some artwork templates and artwork guidelines together for my clients to make it easier for them to access this information.
The current issue I am running into is that I cannot figure out how to make these PDFs open with a default view of "Fit One Full Page to Window". I know how to set the default on my Acrobat Reader but I need it to default to this view when someone else opens it on their computer to view. (PDF currently opens the first page correctly but the rest of the pages are not previewing to fit page based on their page size. The only thing that reacts the way I want these documents to be viewed is the "Fit One Full Page In Window" option but I need to know how to default the PDF to view this way every time.)
Any help is appreciated! I'm under a deadline so the sooner I can resolve this the better!

There is an option for the Initial View that is "Magnification:" "Fit Page". And this works for the initial page when the PDF is opened and it does not matter what the page size it, Acrobat/Reader will automatically fill the screen with the page. If you want the zoom type to change with each page then you need add a page open script to each page to set the pages zoom type to "zoomtype.fitP"

How Can I Increment a Counter on a Master Page?

I am working on a very complex form and have hit the proverbial wall. I have uploaded the file to the URL below and am seeking assistance in finalizing the form.

There are three challenges that remain. When I click on the "Click to Add Service Location" button on the bottom of page 2:
I need to add an instance of "Service_Location_Page" on the following page. Currently, it is adding it prior to the page I just completed.
I need the value of "Service_Address_Type" on page 2 to change from the default value of "Primary" to "Secondary" on the new instance of "Service_Location_Page" and all subsequent instances.
I need the "Service_Locaton" counter at the top of page 2 to increment by +1 for each new instance of "Service_Location_Page".
Any suggestions for refinements will be greatly appreciated.

I don't see a problem with the first point in your request.
For the second and third on you only need to add one script to the indexChange event of "Service_Location_Page".

I am brand new to captivate and incredibly frustrated. I'm
trying to record a web site walkthrough and have selected
"Demostration." No matter what setting I change, the mouse only
moves when I click, but I want to point to things as I narrate. Can
anyone help me understand how to make that happen?

Captivate doesn't exactly work in this manner. Basically here
is how the process works. You open an application. You open
Captivate and configure it to record the application. There are
different ways to record. You elected Demonstration. When recording
in Demonstration mode, the following happens.
Where you click or type, Captivate captures the screen. The
screen capture becomes the background image for the slide. The
mouse coordinates are tracked. In other words, where it started and
where it stopped. So each slide has a single mouse movement. On the
first slide where mouse movement was recorded, you may adjust the
start and end spots. But each slide afterwards only offers you the
ability to adjust the mouse ending spot. The starting spot is
determined by where it STOPPED on the slide before.
You may wish to investigate using Full Motion Recording
(FMR). But if you choose to go that route, you need to be aware of
some factors. Captivate was never designed to be a Full Motion
product. It's better than it used to be, but far from perfect. If
you do record in full motion, keep it very brief. Just a few
minutes worth. If you find this method of recording and playback
are what you feel are best, you will find yourself constantly
frustrated with Captivate. In that case, you should investigate a
different product that was designed with full motion in mind.
Camtasia Studio, Fraps or one of the others.

How can I make folder view the default view when I open Organizer?

I just bought Adobe Elements Photshop and Premier 11. I spent 2 to 3 hours getting my picture video library into Adobe's organizer. I had some problems with duplicate picture (that I wanted to be there - so I had to rename them) and a couple pictures with corrupted metadata. After I got all that sorted out I am a bit miffed about the folder view on Adob'es organizer.
I love that you can switch to folder view - since this is how I have been organizing my pictures for a long time. I would like to continue organizing this way for now until I get a grasp on the other ways I can organize them in elements. However, every time I close and re-open organizer it switches back to the default view instead of folder view. PLEASE tell me that there is a way to set folder view to the default view! HELP!
