Note: Data will not be affected.
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings for Wi-Fi, FaceTime, Message, Home Sharing will be reset

Ideally the best thing to do in this situation is a soft reset, press and hold down the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together until the Apple logo appears.
The factory settings option you've gone for should resolve this as well, but unless you've backed up you will lose content with this option.

A lot of updating is going on some columns of this table.all columns are not in the select list, Insertion is happend in batch process by back-end trigger of another table.

Daily insertion on this table around 500 records,updation is not much.

In the lower RH corner of iTunes is the Airplay device selctor.
Click on it, select multiple speakers and check the computer and Apple TV from the list.
