In the lower RH corner of iTunes is the Airplay device selctor.
Click on it, select multiple speakers and check the computer and Apple TV from the list.

This printer has worked for me with out fail at my house. I am traveling in an RV and am at the mercy of the RV Wifi. I do not have access to the router. The printer has been recycled a number of times as well as the Ipad. The printer is set up and has access to the wifi. It seems to me that the Ipad and Iphone are not recognizing the connection with the e printer. I was hoping there was some adjustment that could be made to the Ipad and Iphone. Hi I bought my iPad last year and it's been working fine. Today I was just going through the settings and it said there was a software update for IOS7 so I agreed to have it done, but I had no idea it was going to take so long (would be nice if they gave a heads up). I had to use my ipad for timely purposes so after a couple of minutes and what looked like only 2% complete, I tried to stop it and the only way was to turn off the device (no option to pause or stop!).
Now when I turned it back on it says I have to sync it to iTunes and won't go to any other screen. I synced it to iTunes (first time since I purchased it and my Cloud's memory has been full for months so I have no backup whatsoever of anything on my ipad - pictures, email etc. When I sync it up to iTunes it says that it detects a systems update in progress and I cannot continue until it is completed, would i like to continue. I thought I guess that's my only option so I said ok, but unlike when I did it wirelessly unsynced to iTunes earlier, now it is giving a warning that it will return my iPad to factory settings and erase anything I have on it when it completes installing the software!! No thank you!!!! Wish I had that warning the first time around, I have a year's worth of information stored on there that I do not want deleted.
Somebody please help, how can I get my iPad back to how it was before and stop this update nonsense ASAP??? What a way to ruin my Sunday Please help anybody who can.... Thank you. (and I don't see an option to back it up it just goes to the page to update the device in order to do anything else). Surely there must be a way!! Anybody??

From your description it seems that you have to upgrade to iOS 7 now.
No one can say what state your iPad is in since you interrupted a very critical process!
It is perfectly normal that your iPad's contents are erased during the upgrade process.
All your data will be restored afterwards, if, and only if you have a recent backup of your iPad!

I tryed to use my "passw.cgi"(written in Pro.c) to access database, but I failed. The reason is just as Chris. Rimmer indicated (in his answer to my another question) that my web server can not connect to my DB. In local environment, before I connect to the DB, I should first type the command:
"source /opt/bin/coraenv" to set the environment, then I can connect to the DB. But in my passw.cgi, I could not set the environmen. I tryed to use the sentence: "system("source /opt/bin/coraenv");"in my "passw.cgi" to set the environment but I failed. Could somebody tell me how I can set up the environment for my "passw.cgi"(written in Pro.c) and make it passble to connect to the DB? Thank you very much for your help!

Hi Glossopian, did you find a remedy to this? I just renewed my contract and upgraded my phone to the harrier. Like you my last phone automatically connected to any wi fi I had already entered a password into including home, holiday accomodation, pubs etc. Now I have to manually tell it to connect every time I go out into the garden and come back into the house. Very frustrating!

Samsung smartphones - or at least the Galaxy line - have a feature similar to the iPhone called a personal hot spot. If you activate that on your Samsung device it will appear as any other WiFi hotspot for your iPad. Connect to that and you will have Internet access for your iPad.

You always want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings ..... but you can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

Make sure that you pay attention to the section at the very of the article that talks about having never synced your iPad with iTunes. You may need have to restore the iPad that way.
