i need a wifi hotspot for my iphone but i don't have a way to conect to the internet at my house.
can i get some help?

It's not clear from your post what you're actually trying to accomplish. Using your phone as a WiFi hotspot means that you are using the phone's cellular data connection to create a WiFI network for other devices to connect to. Is that what you're trying to do? If so, contact your carrier and have the feature added to your account.
If you're trying to get broadband internet at your house so that you can connect to your phone to a WiFi network and avoid using cellular data, you'll have to find an internet service provider in your area and arrange for service with them.

I always do my Rentals with the itunes program on the computer.
Make rental from itunes store. It will show in movies under library, DO NOT click to play it. Plug in the device to the computer. Click the name of the device on left. Click on movies. If you're trying to decide between using POP and IMAP, we encourage you to use IMAP.
Unlike POP, IMAP offers two-way communication between your web Gmail and your email client. I know it is not dead because I can see the apple logo on, and every time I connect it to a USB port to charge, or a wall charger, the battery appears with a bit of red. Still, it wont turn on. It's been like this for three days now and I haven't stopped charging it. IT just WONT charge? Any tips I can use to solve the issue?

It sounds like the iPhone is experiencing issues upon startup, and may not be loading the firmware or operating system correctly. If you have not already done so, try resetting the iPhone while connected to power:

So I just bought a new iPhone 4S and I have to share my data with four other people so to avoid using it up I use wifi whenever possible. I think I fixed the apps, though.
*Turn off your wifi and only turn it on when you want to use it
*Lower your brightness
*Turn off "Push" on notifications and mail and turn on "Manual"
*Return to your home screen and then double click twice and tap and hold one of the apps you've previously opened, when they jiggle tap the red on each app until fully erased.
*Don't use your ipod while it is charging, allow at least a 10 minute charge (fully charged) before using it again.

I had played with the OAMessageChoiceBean component yesterday, but I was able to tell from your instructions that "Picklist Display Attribute" and "Picklist Value Attribute" really are not for binding to the database EO. That was the key piece of information that had me confused.
In addition to adding the messageChoice component to the page, I needed to write some code to synchronize the picklist value with the corresponding code value, which I placed in am OAFormValueBean (hidden form field) which I could then bind to my application's database EO in the controller, running in the processFormRequest procedure:

Try reset all settings.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings. It won't delete any data.
