Actually, I did notice the thread age. However, this phenomenon only appeared with mu phone in the last week.
You and I both would hope that it was corrected long ago, but that is evidently not the case.
I added information that will be useful for anyone else encountering my recent situation, now or perhaps in some distant future.
If you are aggravated by notices re: threads over two years old, perhaps you should disengage from the thread in lieu of making
snarky remarks to those of us still getting useful information from them.

I have contacts that have more than one phone number (I am sure we all have those in this day and age). The importance of the phone numbers varies over time and I want to have the most important one as first on the list. How can I change the order that phone numbers are displayed within a contact?

Currently, the order in which the phone numbers appear (in a contact) is dependent on the sequence to which you enter them. There is no way to change that order other than re-entering them in the desired order.

Only your carrier can do so, there is no setting on any iPhone to block calls/SMS's. Some carriers offer this service, some don't. So, contact yours to see if they do.

I saw the instructional video and it showed a woman receiving a text message via Siri, and she picked it up and answered it via Siri. I know how to send that way, but can't get Siri to read my text messges to me. Can someone tell me how that works? Thanks,

Moving my tasks to my "Reminders" app won't help, because I need to be able to schedule time to work on specific tasks and also put important deadlines into my calendar. At the same time, when I ask Siri, "How does my day look," I am only interested in knowing what appointments I have that day.
I've also tried asking specifically "What meetings do I have in my [work/personal/family etc. calendar]" but that doesn't work either.

I would like to know what the historical buildings that has been remodeled to look like before they got remodeled, and I would like to know when they were built actually.

From someone that researched the history of our house, Siri won't help you. YOu need to spend some quality time researching the deed which shoudl be filed at the county clerk's office (they have buy/sell records for every piece of property...who you bought it from, who they bought it from, etc, all the way back to the original land sale and building permit), as well as the Polk Directory, which at the turn of the century did a yearly/biyearly listing of who lives where and works where.
If you're really lucky, your local history museum has files online, if you're not, there's a lot of tedious book work to be done.
Siri doesn't do that. She accesses things like google maps to tell you how many hardware stores are within 30 miles, or other specific sites to pull up data like temperature, forecast, etc. She's nothing but a vocal version of google that only operates within a specific set of parameters.

How can I make rectangular speech bubbles that adapt to the text inside them without the "arrow" that points towards where the bubble is coming from getting changed?

I have to make lots of speech bubbles (150+) that all have texts inside them which differ in length. I want the speech bubbles to look the same in terms of style, but I need different sizes of course for each text. This means that the rectangular part of the speech bubble should adapt in length and width to the text inside it, while the "arrow" pointing towards where the bubble is coming from (e.g. the person who speaks) should stay the same on every bubble. So is there a way or a workaround to make such "adapting" speech bubbles?

Here's another way I found:
1. Draw a speech bubble. Mine is a rectangle with rounded corners and a triangular pointer added with Pathfinder > Add
2. Drag out a frame the same size as the speech bubble. Select the speech bubble and Copy; then select the empty frame and choose Edit > Paste Into...
3. Alt-Drag the frame with the pasted speech bubble to make a copy, then crop one copy to leave only the top of the bubble showing, and crop the other copy to leave only the bottom.
4. Drag out a text frame and insert a table consisting of 1 column, 3 rows. Set the text frame to Autosize > Height Only.
5. Set the stroke/fill of the top and bottom rows to none, and style the middle row to match the speech bubble, (in my case a white fill and 2pt stroke; left and right).
6. Anchor (paste) a copy of the speech bubble top in the top table row, and a copy of the speech bubble bottom in the bottom row.
Getting the 3 parts to match up with is where you just have to work on it until you get it right. Use the positioning tools in Anchored Object options and the column width setting in Cell options to line everything up.
Enter your text in the middle row. (Hey, look at that...a valid application of Comic Sans!) With the Cell Height set to an "At Least" setting, the cell will expand to fit whatever text you enter, pushing the the bottom row down, with the text frame auto-sizing to keep everything in play...
