How can I manage 2 iPhones with two iCloud accounts on one PC?

Once, we had an IPhone and a Windows Phone - calendars from both were sync'd via Outlook and life was simple. Having just migrated the Windows Phone to iPhone 5s it seems that iCloud will not allow more than one Apple ID and the Control Panel cannot switch between two different iCloud accounts.
Another post has suggested turning off iCloud options but I am concerned the apps and other purchased data will be deleted and the control panel 3.1 has limited options that do not appear to match the 3 year old post
Any simple solution available?

On a Mac you would simply create a separate user account for her, and she would sign into her account within her user account. Presumably this would work the same way on a PC.

With Family Sharing they don't need to have the same Apple ID anymore.
But backups to iTunes are kept separate among multiple devices; Apple ID and iCloud isn't involved at all. Just make sure the devices do not have the same name.

You can't merge accounts.
If you want to use just one account, you need to use the account that you currently use for iTunes, otherwise you will lose all your purchases.
If you log out of the other account in iCloud, you will offered the option of saving certain data to your device which you can later merge with your preferred ID data when you sign in. This does not include mail, notes or photos, but there are ways you can save this data if you plan ahead.

The family has been using one itunes account to purchase music and apps. This account was set up under my user name. I gave my wife my old ipad and got the 3-kids new ipads. I want to give all of the music and apps under my user name to my wife's new itunes account so the family can keep using them and I can have a separate account. I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account. I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there. On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back. Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email. The device is currently useless.
The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?

Creating View
     From initial screen of data dictionary(T.Code: SE11), enter the name of object i.e. view.
     Select view radio button and click on the push button.
     Dialog box is displayed for types of views.
     Select the view type.
     On the next screen, you have to pass following parameters.
     Short text
     In the table box you need to enter the table names, which are to be related.
     In join table box you need to join the two tables.
     Click on the TABFIELD. System displays the dialog box for all the table fields and user can select the fields from this screen. These fields are displayed in the view fields box.
     Save and Activate: When the view is activated, view is automatically created in the underlying database system. As long as the table exists in the database, the view also exists (Unless you delete it).

You will need to visit appleid.apple.com to manage your Apple ID. From there, you can log in with your existing credentials and then change your registered email addresses.
This is also where you can update your physical address, phone number, security questions, etc.

There is no "adding" a device. Simply plug the iDevice into the computer. iTunes should automatically detect the device when it is connected.
iTunes can sync/manage as many iDevices as you want... there is no 1 device limit.

You can't do it on your own. The previous owner has to erase the device for you. You would need his Apple ID and password in order to delete his iCloud account. This is due to the Activation Lock in iOS 7 - assuming that your iPad is running iOS 7.
Contact the owner and ask home to erase it remotely using iCloud, or return the device and ask for your money back. If you can't contact the pervious owner, you will have a useless iPad on your hands.
