How can i marge all my items for 1 shipping package ?

I got today the iPhone 6 and also added the new leather case and i also want to order now 2 other accessories.
i see in my order page that the case should ship in 1 day and the iPhone as we all know will ship in the 19 of September.
Also the 2 other items can ship in 48 hours.
I would like , Apple to ship all the items together and not 1 by 1.
Is there a way to marge all the orders to 1 order so it can ship together ?

If you are replacing a device, you need to restore your new device to the backup of your old one. If you backed up your old device to iCloud and your new device is already set up, do the following:
Go to Settings>General>Reset on your new device and tap Erase All Conent and Settings
Go through the setup screens on your new device and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud backup and follow the prompts.
Be sure your device is connected to wifi and your charger as this may take some time to finish.

How can we generate the java doc for default package

hello....
i using Netbeans 6.5 with JDK 1.5 and JRE 1.6. I generated comment and selected generate javadoc option from Netbeans.
It genearted javadoc for all packages except the default package.Please help me to generate javadoc for default package.

You need to pass in source filenames (rather than package names) with the javadoc command on the command line. (I don't know if this can be done in NetBeans)

This may sound goofy but how can i delete ALL the items in my shopping cart

Try this instead:
Drive Partition and Format
1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
2. Select the backup volume from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.)
4. Click on the Erase button.
You will need to reconfigure Time Machine preferences for the backup.
FYI: Never remove Time Machine backup data except through the Time Machine application. If you aren't sure about using Time Machine then visit Pondini's Time Machine FAQ for help with all things related to Time Machine.

Downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple.
What do you nean by it taking up all yur space? If when connected to the computer is the "other" category very large? If it is then restore the iPod to get it to its normal of about 1/2 GB. Sometimes a restore to factory defaults/new iPod is required.

you are using I tunes as the middle man for this back up, right?
When you plug in the pad to i tunes, give it a unique name, like my pad. I tune may be thinking it is talking to your phone. It will keep track of what you what on each device. Then plug your phone back in, and make sure your photos are uploaded to the computer - in i photo if you are using a mac, or in whatever photo program you are using on a windows device. You also want to make sure you have uploaded to the computer all of your music.
Once you get all that stuff there, plug the pad back in, and go through each of the tabs - selecting the music, photos etal that you want on the pad, then resync.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). You are most of the way there. Each user having access to hard drive is the key. If users are limited in file privileges this is harder.
Any files you add to your library and any files she adds to her library are available to the other. Just not automatically. Each user must add the files to their own library using the add file or add folder option from menu bar.
What I have done is set library location to a location outside of My Documents\My Music. On my network storage I have a folder names s:\itunes. Both accounts iTunes are set to use this location for the library.
