I changed in xlWebadmin.properties file and restarted the server but still it is reflecting the old lable e.g.
In xlWebAdmin.properties file
- global.lable.managerid= Manager ID
I changed it to global.lable.managerid= Sponsor ID
But still it is displaying Manager ID on User form. I am using OIM 9.1

Hi, I have recently bought the pages for IPad App. It is nice, but I wonder How to modify the default styles or create My own ones...Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, pages on the iPad does not support editing styles. The mac version is an extremely powerful piece of software (I know someone who has recently completed their PhD thesis in it), but the iPad version has only a fraction of the features.

Can anyone let me know that how can the Value of the Lookup be changed in the Organization ? Like when we click on the Lookup of the Organization we see the names of the companies with Radio Boxes and we select a Company. If I want another value to be added beside the company then How I need to do that ? eg:

Org3: com4

With what you are referring to, there is no lookup required.
When you log into your administration console, you can create a new organization:
Organizations --> Create.
After you create, there will be more than the default organizations.
However, if you want to create a new organization type (Company, Department, etc) you can do this by:
Go to your Design Console --> Administration --> Lookup
Search for: Lookup.Organization.Type
Add a new value.
Save your formOnce you are done, go and create a new organization like before, and in the drop-down, that type will appear.

On a Windows based computer you just right click , and the email option is displated. I can not find an email option under format, file, edit, or any other catagory. help/

Did you click on the options under Email?
The greyed out Email is just another of Apple's awful software design implementations.
It should have been a pop out menu, instead they greyed it out as a very bad attempt at making it a subhead.

How to modify the OIDDAS Create User page

I am using Portal 902 and want users to register themselves to my Portal. I've have enabled Self-Registration but the pages need much cosmetic re-work for my purposes.
I've discovered how to replace the default db generated SSO Login page with a customized JSP * AND * I wondering if I can do the same to the OIDDAS Create User page.
I've noticed that the URL for the create user page is http://thebofer.my.domain:7777/oiddas/ui/oracle/ldap/das/admin/AppCreateUserInfoAdmin.
This file (AppCreateUserInfoAdmin) is a UIX file and the only place I've found it is within "oiddas.ear" located at F:\oracle\ora9ias_portwire\ldap\das\oiddas.ear directory on my Portal host.
Can I simply unpack the EAR and get the "AppCreateUserInfoAdmin,uix" file into JDev, modify it, then re-package it into the ear and then overwrite the existing ear with this new one? Is this acceptable?
Also, I'm wondering about the location of the oiddas.ear file. Normally when I deploy to 9iAS the file usually ends up in the F:\oracle\ora9ias_portwire\j2ee\home\applications or the F:\oracle\ora9ias_portwire\Apache\Apache\htdocs. What is the proper deployment process when modifying OIDDAS UIX?
Are my assumptions correct? Can someone point me in the right direction?Long postings are being truncated to ~1 kB at this time.

How can I modify data from a Transparent Table (like TCURR), and important thing is I want do all that with no ABAP code here. It is like that we always do that in a Oracle database use TOAD or PLSQL third party tools, with no script code here.
I had fond that there is a way can do that:
1, type 'se11',and Display Database table 'TCURR', click Contents, then click Execute to display all data
2, type '/h' and let debugging on
3, select one of this data then click 'Display',enter in debugging system.
4, then make a breakpoint in the code. But... display a dialog let I type a 'ABAP Cmnds', I want to know what can be type in for that?
and, My system is ECC6.

Your approach (with Vijay's suggestion) MAY work. However, depending on how tight security is at the company that you are working at you may or may not be able to acutaly change the value of the SHOW field to EDIT. This will be especially true if you are working in a Production environment. Vijay's other comment is true as well. This is not a recommended approach to change data (especially data with a financial impact like TCURR) in a production environment. The auditors will not be impressed.
Explore the option of a maintenace view or look at tcode TBDM to upload a file which includes daily rates from providers like Reuters or try tcode s_bce_68000174 which is a maintenance view on TCURR.

for exemple : I have 100 contact which live in Paris, I select all of them together, but when I put "Paris" in the field "city", it puts "Paris" only in the fisrt contact !
how to edit several contact at a time ?
And I would like to put some kind of "tags", or words, in "remark", also by selecting several contact and edit them together...

Just using Address Book this can't be done, but if you are prepared to try a little Applescript it is easy. This script will set the city for example - but only if there is already an address.

A little search on the forum :
In the instanceconfig.xml add a <PivotView> element under <ServerInstance> if one does
not exist already.
Within the <PivotView> element add an entry that looks like:
<MaxCells>nnnnnn</MaxCells>
where nnnnnn is your desired limit for the maximum total number of cells allowed
in a pivot.

The criteria is:
Type should always flow F->T
if current abs(amount)> next abs(amount) then groupid = 'PD'
if current abs(amount)< next abs(amount) then groupid = 'PI'
there is no case when those amounts will be equals
where current(custid) = next(custid) and current(service) = next(service) and groupid is null

Not easily or readily available as of now. It WILL be part of the new features in the NetWeaver 04 release. (*This same question was asked in my EP6 certification class one week ago and this is the answer I got.)

I'd have to say I think this is one of the biggest flaws in the OnDemand system currently. The solution I have come up with is to create reports and put them in webapplets showing the data I want to show. I have then removed the standard Related Info List Objects and added weblinks to create new records as the button on the List object is also gone.
Keep in mind that doing this does slow things down a little, so it may not work if you have a big user base.

if it is .NET code decompilation is possible if, and only if the code is not Packed by protections!
but if the EXE file is native and created by VB 6.0,C/C++,Delphi,... it is not possible to obtain source code from it, not as far as i know.
(some program does it , but the returned source code is as useful as its assembly code in debugger).
if decompilation was that easy then Reverse Engineering was no longer needed!
What program it is so that can put two exe file into each other ?
the program you seen might put second exe file into its DATA section then when it executes ,
it jumps to data section of itself!
otherwise it is not possible.

I would like to write dialog programing code. After I am writing call screen screennumber, I would like to generate a design in screen painter.But screen painter doesn't open. There is an error.
Error says ' EU_SCRP_WN32 : timeout during allocate / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV'#' and I search about this error. I solve the problem. Solution is T002C table's secondary language field must be writing , not empty.
When I would like to update the field's of T002C tables sap is giving an error. Error is 'Table maintenance not allowed for table T002C'.
How can I modify the field's of table T002C?

I'm using a professional software for jewelry building (Matrix 6.0 based on Rhinoceros 3D 4.0 SR9). When starting it, the software is asking me to set the DPI to normal.
How can I modify the DPI? I already tried different resolution settings. It doesn't change the problem.

DPI is how many pixels per inch of the LCD. You can't change that.
I think the software needs a specific resolution or LCD size. Try lowering the resolution to 1280x800 or try an external monitor.
