How can I move my media from the Apple TV to ITunes?

I have a lot of purchused content that did not download to my itunes on my computer and I do not want to lose it. What can I do?

It sounds like you might have your Apple TV set up for streaming, rather than syncing. On your Apple TV (this is for the old version, but it may be the same on the newer one), you go to the heading all the way on the right to the "Settings" menu. Choose "computers". If you have a "shared" library, you'll want to remove this. Once you have done this, you'll want to sync with iTunes (I believe it is similar to this, do not choose "Add shared iTunes Library", the only other choice). Apple TV will provide you with a code, which you will enter on your computer. At that point, it will automatically start syncing all your stuff off your Apple TV to your computer (make sure you have a lot of room on your HD). It also automatically will sync a certain number of items to play directly from your ATV, rather than your home directory - however, if you sync it so that nothing is on your ATV (and nothing syncs to your ATV) then all of your content will show up in "MY ..." under the item (i.e. TV shows, Movies, Music....) Anything you buy on your ATV will automatically sync with your computer and be removed from the ATV after it is done downloading.
If you don't have room for everything, then you'll have to use do the reverse of the above, and after syncing some of your stuff to your computer, remove the library, and re add it back as a "shared iTunes Library", which will allow you to see those items on your computer when it is on, and itunes is running (this is true regardless).

That article is about using your iPod as an external hard drive, to move files from one computer to another computer. It is not related to your question.
You can't use iTunes to move song files from iPod to computer, except for songs you purchased from the iTunes Store (and you can also re-download purchases). However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can move song files from iPod to computer. If you do a Google search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links.
Once the song files are on your current computer, add them to that computer's iTunes library by dragging the files (or folder containing the files) to the iTunes window. After confirming everything is there (and fixing the data issue you mentioned) you can sync the iPod. You may want to do a Restore on the iPod, if it might have a data corruption issue, which will erase the iPod's hard drive, re-install the latest software, and set it to defautl settings.

The new Ibooks on Mac computers is about the worst thing to happen to Apple in a long time. I bought a book from the Ibook store, and I want to move it to my adnroid device. It says right on the purchase page that you need an iOS device.
The publishers want restrictions on what devices can read the books to make sure everyone pays.

I am losing notes when I changed from an iPhone 4s to the iPhone 5, There is no dependable way to back up notes per se as notes on the apple app are incorporated into the mail program and linked to an email address that i never use and to further complicate only backs up using iCloud which I also never use and do not trust.
Is is possible to back up notes in a straightforward manner to my computer? If not, is there a 3rd party app that allows notes and the straightforward backing up of notes? Taking notes is important to my business and I have lost many notes already using the Apple Notes app.

I am using USB cable to sync, I have looked in Apple Mail (I'm on a Mac) and most of my notes are gone, they have never transferred over completely and only about 1/8th of my notes, only those from years ago are there.
Why not use differing software such as Evernote that allows syncing with PC/Mac and has a host of other uses over and above the basic notes app.
This is the way I need to go. The Apple 'notes' app has never functioned depenably and there is no way to back it up dependably, by my experience anyway. I have just purchased an App called 'Note Anytime, which is overly complicated for what I want which is just straightforward note taking capability with straightforward backup that I can use like any other files that need to be backed up, not through a mail pogram that I never use and does not work anyway.
I'll look into Evernote and thank you for that tip.
If your doing other stuff document creation etc you should be using Pages or something like Documents to Go.
I am a publisher by profession and use the full Adobe CC suite including InDesign for publishing. I also use Microsoft Office for the Mac for the times I need to work with Word documents. So, I'm covered in that department. Once I am able to save Notes as text files on my computer, I may have use to import those notes into publishing or word processing software also.
If paranoid or have sensitive data that you don't want sent via a conduit then you shouldn't be using a tablet of any discription as these are by definition Internet devices.
No paranoya here, just looking for a dependable note taking app that doesn't use a convoluted process to make a backup and doesn't 'drop' notes or lose them mysteriously.

Your signature says you have Leopard 10.5.8 - is this correct? (If it isn't please amend it). Leopard cannot access iCloud: Lion 10.7.2 is required. Have you actually opened an iCloud account (or migrated from MobileMe)?
if you do have Lion and have joined iCloud then your calendars should have been migrated to iCloud automatically. If this hasn't happened then the method for moving them is described in the first set of numbered instructions on this page - I emphasize that this is only possible on Lion.

But if it's a part of your movie -- say a sequence of clips or a clip that's had effects added to it -- you technically can't cut and paste betweeen projects in Premiere Elements. However, some people have been able to do it using the third party program ClipMate, available online.

Sorry, I misread your question. Dragging an image file between projects should move the image and all its versions to the other project. Aperture should only duplicate the image, if you hold down the alt/options key while dragging and move the image otherwise.
Which Aperture version are you using? And which MacOS X version? Is your profile signature "MacBook Pro with Retina display, Mac OS 9.2.x, Aperture 3.5.1" still valid?
