If the film has been fully downloaded to your iPad (or you've synced it from your computer's iTunes) then it should be in its Videos app, and you should be able to watch the film in that app without needing to be online

I am helping out a local sports team with music for their players. They have purchased an iPad and are currently buying about 150 songs from iTunes so that the kids have music to listen to while they practise. They also want to be able to use the iPad to play MP3's that were created specifially for the team (local sponsors, etc). The team doesn't have a "team" computer that they can sync to it though. They don't want someones personal computer used with the iPad. They would like it to simpoly be a "team" device
Problem though... how how do we get the MP3 tracks that are the sponsors into the default music app on the iPad? We have no computer to do this with. Are we out of luck?
We could use a computer, but we DON'T want it "syncing" or being associated with the iTunes ID that already is partnered with whomever's computer we use.
Does anyone here know of a solution?

You can buy the Pages, Numbers and Keynote apps from the App Store (the versions that are used on a Mac are separate purchases, Macs and iPads use different operating systems).

I have an ATV3 and want to watch a few home videos using it. I have successfully converted the files to .mp4 format using videora apple tv converter. The problem I have is that these videos do not show up on my apple tv unless I use home sharing with my laptop. Is there a way to add these videos to my apple tv library without having to use home sharing? I have my files on a laptop and the computer is not always on or awake, and I find it really inconvenient to have to get my lazy butt off the couch when wanting to watch my home videos just to go and turn on my computer. I know that I can set the computer to wake when the network is trying to use it, but that would mean I would always have to have my power adapter connected to my laptop and I really do not want to do this because it will kill the battery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

here is a cheaper solution than camera kit and a lot easier if you have WIFI available.
I use the PhotoSync APP (I think its a $1.99) will transfer videos and photos over WIFI to any other IOS device or even PC/MAC. Great app since I like doing video and photos on my IPHONE and transfer to IPAD2 without synching through computer or doing cloud based storage.
You can even send photos/videos from your MAC/PC to your IOS devices that way too. Makes it so much easier.

Okay, I figured out that Windows has "AutoPlay" settings which can automatically download photos and videos from a newly connected device, such as an iPad Mini. I think I could open it in Windows Explorer too that way but the auto download solved my problem.

If you tap on the video does a quicktime looking screen appear? If not I would suspect that it requires flash player. You could try checking the app store for a flash browser there are quite a few.

There are some Apps you can use, but be careful they will only download these videos inside the App, so you won't ba able to play them in your video app or share them.
Most popular is the app called "Video Download" but there are a lot of alternatives for free and even with more quality which you can pay for.
