How can I NOT have to login and write password when I want to download apps?

Help---I wish I could have my phone save the login and password when I download apps?

At the moment it's not possible, currently (depending upon what version of iOS that your have on your phone) you can have it always asked for or not be asked for it for 15 minutes after entering it : Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password (if you don't have that option then it will be 15 minutes).

If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted. 
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

I believe when you plug her old iPhone in to your computer it will notify you that the phone is synced with another library and ask if you want to register it with your library. At least this is how iPods work. I'm not sure about iPhones. If you want to actually use the phone as your own you may need to go through AT&T.
If you're just looking to use the iPhone as an iPod (without the phone portion of it) you may run in to some problems. The iPhone really wants to be on a cell network all the time. I think you'd have to jailbreak it to get it to work properly as an iPod.
Let us know what happens when you plug the phone in to your computer.

Rip off! How can they not have stuff like the beatles?!?!?

Certain artists like John Lennon are not available. What a gyp! Why would I want to use this service? How can I get around this?

Actually, Michael Jackson and Sony both own a share of the beatles catalog. Jackson did purchase the catalog back in the early 1980s, but when he went into debt some years ago, he leveraged a percentage of his stake against his debt, effectively giving Sony the power over that part of the catalog (as we know, this guy is always in debt).
What Sony really wants is to buy-out the remaining part of the catalog, which would get Jackson out of debt and back on easy street, but Jackson doesn't want to part with it, he feels it "has special meaning".
This has to be the only billionaire I know that is always in debt (well maybe Trump too). This guy had everything in the 1980s, and he let it slip away on account of his fascination with little boys.
The odd question I have is why couldn't McCartney and Ono put aside their differences early on and buy the catalog. They were in talks, but for some reason the talks broke down, who knows the whole truth. It would actually be nice for one of the actual band members to own their own music. What a change that would be.
Slowly, Apple Corps has regained their presence in control of the Beatles name, after starting out for a decade (or two) not really doing anything. Now they make tens of millions (maybe more) each year off the Beatles. This money should go into a fund to try to regain the rights to those songs.
Sony doesn't really like Apple, that's no secret. So if they ever do gain control of all the Beatles stuff, I think they will make it hard on our Apple to get those songs, and probably they won't be $0.99, I can almost bet on that.

How can I display the URL bar and bookmarks bar when I have the addons page opened?

It seems counter-intuitive to me that the Firefox addons page does not have the same toolbars that other tabs have, and I have not found an option to add them back in (or an addon to fix it). Instead of being able to enter a URL directly from the addons page or click a bookmark, I must navigate away from the tab before I can go anywhere else. Additionally, it graphically looks out of place when I shift through tabs and most of the toolbars disappear for a second as I move over the addons tab.
Some other utilities that use their own pages manage to preserve the toolbar customization without removing it completely, so I'm wondering if there's a way for the addons page to do it as well.
An example of another utility that has its own page without removing the toolbars is the Download Manager Tweak addon. One of its options allows the user to open their download page as a tab, which also contains the toolbar customization of normal, browser tabs.

Just for reference:
The solution to press a hotkey to move the text focus to a hidden navigation item (e.g. the URL bar or the search bar) was only a temporary fix, and only worked for Ctrl+K (search bar, maybe ctrl+E too but I didn't test it).
The problem didn't really bug me all too much until tonight, so I installed the Stylish script from the StackOverflow link above and the problem is solved now.

How can I export my Active logins and my extensions list to my new laptop (( I'm using Firefox 3.6.4 and Win. 7 on both ))

I just want to export my big "login" list as because of depending on firefox to remember it and automaticly retype it I 've forgetten many of them! so if I can move this list to my laptop it would be easier and greater than login to every site and fourm I've joined and re-join again and lose my member or I've to ask a new password from each site then go to my email and login then change the password to the old one, it would be very nasty to do this to all of my logins!.
and also can I move my installed extensions with there currently option to firefox in my laptop having the same version of firefox "3.6.4" or I've to install them again in the laptop?.
Note: both my computer and the new laptop running on Windows 7 professional OEM and having the same firefox version

How can I read, millions of records and write as *.csv file

I have to return some set of columns values(based on current date) from the database (could be million of record also) The dbms_output can accomodate only 20000 records. (I am retrieving thru a procedure using cursor).
I should write these values to a file with extn .csv (comma separated file) I thought of using a utl_file. But I heard there is some restriction on the number of records even in utl_file.
If so, what is the restriction. Is there any other way I can achive it? (BLOB or CLOB ??).
Please help me in solving this problem.
I have to write to .csv file, the values from the cursor I have concatinated with "," and now its returning the value to the screen (using dbms_output, temporarily) I have to redirect the output to .csv
and the .csv should be in some physical directory and I have to upload(ftp) the file from the directory to the website.

Make sure that utl_file is properly installed, make sure that the utl_file_dir parameter is set in the init.ora file and that the database has been re-started so that it will take effect, make sure that you have sufficient privileges granted directly, not through roles, including privileges to the file and directory that you are trying to write to, add the exception block below to your procedure to narrow down the source of the exception, then test again. If you still get an error, please post a cut and paste of the exact code that you run and any messages that you received.

Aslong as you are sure it is the same application and you are signed into the same iTunes account then all you need to do is click the buy button and you should get a message saying "You have already purchased this appliaction, do you want to redownload it?"
There will be no charge for that, if you are still worried you might get charged then you can contact the iTunes store team via the following link and they will either advise the same or give you a link to redownload the appliaction from: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

You do not have the legal right to use the last owners content, nor is it legal for you to hack her account by getting her password.
You need to erase the ipod and pout your content on it.

How can I prevent my previous login strings from showing when I starting typing. I'd rather the field stay blank and not start to fill in, based on previous entries.

How can I NOT have my outgoing emails accumulate on gmail?

I'm using Thunderbird with gmail via POP3, not IMAP. I want to just grab the emails, download them to my PC, and delete them from gmail. That part works great. But with both TB and my previous Outlook 2000, my outgoing emails end up staying on the gmail server. I see no control in TB nor on the gmail site to say "delete outgoing emails after sending" like is done when receiving.
Is this just the nature of email systems?
So every couple months I log onto gmail manually, and delete all of them. I just don't like my emails being available to a hacker.
Are there any settings to accomplish this?

You're right, for a POP account, the option "Place a Copy in:" in TB, under Account Settings/Copies and Folders would only enable/disable local copies to the Sent folder. If you want local copies, leave it checked.
To control the setting for copies to the Sent folder on the server, login to your Gmail account via browser, and look for an option to disable it there.
The 'Other' option in TB can be used to chose another account's Sent folder, e.g. underneath 'Local Folders'.
