how can i find the itunes on my computer?even i follow others instruction i could not open it also.one of the step is show all the hidden thing in the folder of ipod after i connec the usb .but i could not see any folder or document in it althought i change the setting.can u please teach me how i really could not understand all the steps

It sounds like the passcode has been forgotten and cannot get into your phone.

I'm not sure exactly what you are seeing but .....
If you see a lock icon in the upper right corner of the screen - then the screen orientation is locked.
Try the side switch above the volume rocker first and see if that unlocks the screen. If that doesn't do it, double tap the home button and swipe to the right and look for the lock icon all the way to the left.
If the iPad is not responsive and you cannot slid to unlock the screen - try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
