How can I open up an FLA that is CS6?

I have CS4 and CC. I don't know AS3.
The scenario: I have a client with a CS6 Flash file that needs updating. CS4 will not open it and CC strips out all AS2. I need FLA to be saved as CS4 or CS3 in order to work on it.

You CAN'T download published files and then edit them in iWeb because iWeb can't open them - it has no import facility so is unable to open any html or css files - a previously published site.
You can download these files yes, but you'll need to use them as a guide or to cut and paste text from there whilst you re-build your site in iWeb.
The only other way is to download the files and then open them with an html editor such as TextWrangler or use one of the other web design programmes out there that is capable of importing html and css such as Dreamweaver of Flux 4.
These are your only alternatives as iWeb can't import and if you want to continue to use iWeb, then you'll have to re-build your site from scratch. If you do just remember to back up your domain.sites file this time around - it is found under your User/Library/Applicaion Support/iWeb/domain.sites.

You can't do it from CS6.
You have to export to IDML from InDesign CC2014 (or whatever the version it was created in) and then open the IDML in the earlier versoin of InDesign.

I have looked at Internet Explorer and Netscape and both seem to be out of date with our IOS.

Try downloading another browser, Firefox for example. Open the link in Firefox and once the page opens copy the link and paste it in safari address bar. That works for me.
Still trying to find out why we have to do this though since it works just fine in Safari once you had it opened in another browser.

I get the message: "You need a newer version of Pages to open this document"? Everything is updated! I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one with this issue and I've found other threads that are simular, but nothing that actually tells me how to open all my docs!!!
My OS is 10.9.1, but I didn;t see that on the list!

Right-click the document in Finder and choose Open With: Pages 5.0. Once you have opened a document with Version 5, you can't open it with Version 4 anymore.

You should be able to open, view and print PDFs without any extra software. Double-click the file and it should open in Preview.

I want to edit a Keynote presentation made originally in Keynote Beta on the web.
When I download it in .key it wont let me edit the file because it says I need a newer version of Keynote.

In Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

Open Script Editor, copy and paste the script below into Script Editor's window and save as an application.

You can download an already compiled version with this link: iWeb Switch Domain.
Just launch the application, find and select the domain file you want to open and it will open with iWeb. It modifies the iWeb preference file each time it's launched so one can switch between domain files.
WARNING: iWeb Switch Domain will overwrite an existing Domain.sites2 file if you select to create a new domain in the same folder. So rename your domain files once they've been created to something other than the default name.

Why would you be surprised? You were syncing your Notes with iCloud or a Mail Account. Synchronization means when you make a change on one device, it affects all other devices that are synched for the same purpose. Just a quick note to tell you that Open VPN has updated their app so that it is compatible with 64 bit ARM devices like the iPhone 5S, the iPad Air, and the iPad Mini Retina.That does not resolve the problem of how to easily choose among the various possibilities for the exit server. We need to find an easy way to choose.

Numbers can store pdfs pages or clippings but does not directly open pdf files. To get the bank statement into Numbers as a table I would open the bank statment in Preview (or Skim) or some pdf viewer.
Then hold the option key while selecting a column of data.
Then copy
Then switch to numbers and paste the column into a table
Then repeat for the other columns in the pdf document
It would be easier (in my opinion) to download the QFX or CSV version from your bank

Try this.
Open the document and select and copy a few pages, say ten pages.
Open a new blank document and paste the pages you copied into that.
Save it with a new name.
Work on those new pages to see if the problem has disappeared.
If this helps, continue breaking up the large file in to smaller chunks and working on them
You can of course later reverse the process and merge the files into one new one.
This suggestion is based on my experiences with large Word files. Breaking it up in to smaller chunks does two things. First, if there is any corruption in the old file, the new copies might escape that. Second, the Mac is faster handling the smaller chunks.

Your phone is in recovery mode. Did you plug it to the computer running itunes? What happend?
