The website should open, but the Adobe Flash will not work as there's no Flash plug-in for mobile Safari.
After some failed attempts by Adobe to work out Flash for iPad, Apple decided to forgo it, and Steve Jobs published a famous letter on the reasons why Apple would not be supporting Flash on iPad.
The fall, Adobe announced that they were abandoning Flash on all mobile platforms, including Android, and they have deprecated the use of Flash as a plug-in on Desktop platforms. Flash will be moving to become a platform for development of cross-platform desktop applications and HTML5 will replace it for web and mobile purposes.
Web sites that still use Flash will slowly move away from the technology in the next few months. Most web sites that expected traffic from mobile device users have already moved away from using Flash.

Flash is not supported on the iPad and never has been supported on any iOS device - and as Adobe have never managed to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices, and they have recently announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store.

Not from Apple, no, and probably never will be. You can try one of the third-party app/service combinations for playing Flash such as Skyfire , Puffin, or iSwifter. One of those might work for you, though they all have limitations and do not work with all Flash-based sites and services. You may find other suggestions for apps in the many other threads on Flash in this forum.

How can I lodge a complaint about Adobe Flash Player? When I updated Adobe Flash Player this morning it also installed a McAfee scanning software without any warning or notification. I find this totally unacceptable. But I cannot find any information on the Adobe website that will allow me to lodge my complaint. Which I also find totally unacceptable.

This is a an old complaint. I would have thoughtas much bad karma as Adobe has received would have stopped this practice espcially since it found that many time McAfeee either gets protection signatures wrong or cause more problems than it fixes.

At one time a disgruntled Adobe products user created a FaceBook or twitter page. And many in past have claimed when there complaints got ignored or laughed at by Adobe. They suddenly got action whe airring their complaint on this FaceBook or Twitter page.
There should be a big warning Box stating:
Adobe is about to install a package Called McAfee on your computer. If you do not wish to instal click checkmark here.

Here's why there's is no Flash available for iDevices or other mobile devices. Adobe was unable to provide a product that was suitable to the needs of battery powered mobile devices used for Internet browsing. Existing Flash technology used too much memory, ate battery life, and was buggy. Simply put Flash did not work well on mobile devices.
Apple's Steve Jobs led the escape from Flash dependency when Apple introduced the iPhone, and later introduced the iPad. There was a hue and cry over the omission. Time proved Jobs was right on target.
So this is why there is no Flash for your iPhone or iPad or iPod nor for most SmartPhones. Flash has been abandoned by many sites in favor of supported technologies such as HTML5 or by providing their own custom app.

Skyfire is Not the answer! Bad reviews and you have to pay to try.
I used Puffin Free Browser. Worked perfectly with a 14 day free trial for Flash. It worked well for Flash videos so I would buy the full version.

1st: Check the App Store to see if there is an app for the service you are trying to watch the video from.
2nd: If no luck, you can purchase an App such as iSwifter, Photon or Puffin, which do offer more Flash viewing content success. Buy the full paid version as the free lite versions don't offer much......

I am so frustrated about Adobe Flash player. I can not play any Facebook games, open certain files and pictures and documents that I need to access because not only does this phone not do it but my old Palm Pre couldn't do it either. I have had so many times where I needed to access things either online or via email, or message that I can not even look at because of this. I have to wait until I for home or ask someone else to do it for me which is embarrassing. I rave about my iPhone 4S all the time because it is truly great except for this. When it use to happen with my Pal Pre I figures once I got my iPhone that it wouldn't happen anymore but I guess I was completely wrong. I have had this problem for years and always get a message saying that it's being worked on. Well a couple of years is a long time to work on it. I understand about contracts and stuff but why is it taking a company such as Apple to be able to get it for their products? I get a lot and always want to play the games on Facebook but I can't do it on most of them at least the ones I have tried. So I can not play against anyone at that time I have to wait until I get home or use someone else's computer or something. Please tell me that in the extremely near future that this will not be a problem anymore. PLEASE!! I am sure I am not the only one out there who is having issues and if you do get it available please let there be an upload/upgrade for current phones and not just for future versions of Apple phones. That just wouldnt be very fair to all of your loyal customers and tell everyone to get your products because they are great and end up leaving this little problem out until they by your phone. Especially if they just got the phone they have. You guys are awesome with technology I have faith that you can make this available to all Apple products old and new by uploads or upgrades. Thank you hopefully can give me some info about the status with this or if there wen is one. I would have thought that being a company such as you are that it would already be taking care of right from the beginning and not wait years to take care of somewhat that is very important ro have especially when there is so much our there using Adobe Flash now. start is a windows command-line utility.
start foo.doc will start Word (or Star Office or Word Perfect or whatever is registered for the .doc extension),
start bar.htmnl will start your registered browser etc.

When you are in one app, press the home button and open another app. You can't see more than one app at a time, but you can have as many open as memory will allow.
To quickly switch between the apps, double-click the home button. Active apps will be shown in the order you last used them. You can slide the active bar to see more of recent apps.
