How can I order iphoto 06 book if I'm in Hong Kong?

I'm using iphoto 06, I heard ordering in Hong Kong is only supported in iphoto 08 certain fix level.
I don't really need the new features in 08, how can I make order?

Good news is I found a similar service in this part of the world..... I don't want to pay US$99 to upgrade iPhoto 08 JUST to be able to order in Hong Kong !!! iPhoto 06 feature serve me fine
Yet to see the print quality from this site, but it supplies a plugin, so when you press "Order Book", it will direct you to http://hypo.cc instead, so you can order from there Will know in a week's time!

I know the horse is out of the barn but this tutorial might be of help for future books: iP12 - Archiving an iPhoto 9 (11) Book for Editing and/or Ordering at a Later Date.
If you're starting over from scratch with a book I suggest you create a new library just for that book. Put the photos you want in the book in an album in your current library and use the paid version of iPhoto Library Manager to copy that album into the book library.
This will keep the book library small for easy saving to CD or DVD or to an EHD. If you delete photos from your full library it won't affect the book library.

I created a candid Photo book of my Sister's wedding. I sent it to her as a gift. Now my Mom wants one, an Uncle wants two, an Aunt wants one, etc. How can they order them? Is there a link they can go to? Do I have to order the copy for them, and have them send me the money? I have to imagine I'm not the first one with this question, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere.

You have to order them and have your family send you the money (unless you want them to be gifts ) - you can order them with different shipping addresses or to all ship to you and then you reship to the destination. Apple keeps books for a short time (used to be 40 days. I've not seen a recent time frame)

Books do nor exist except in the iPhoto database so you can not "find" a book vista TM. You restore a previous library (be sure NOT to overwrite your current library) and switch to it

With MacOS X 10.6.8 you can run iPhoto 9.2.3 (iPhoto 9.2 .3). You cannot download it from the AppStore, but you could try to buy a boxed iLife '11 installation CD that is compatible with 10.6.8. and then update it using Software Update to 9.2.3.
This support articles lists iPhoto 08 as able to order books from the Apple Print Store (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3412), but the iPhoto '08 books have been discontinued. All you could do, would be to print your book to pfd and to have another printstore print the pdf file, then find a book binder service to have the book bound.

Ay album do you mean an iPhoto book? The best way is to restore a backup copy of your iPhoto library from just before the drive crashed.
Baring that your only hope is to recreate the book in iPhoto. For future book I suggest you try what is described in this tutorial: iP08 - Archiving an iPhoto Book for Editing and/or Ordering at a Later Date and, if you don't already have one, start a backup strategy for backing up your important files.

You have to order the book and send it again to Apple. But iPhoto Print Projects (books, cards) cannot be opened in Aperture.
So you need to open your library in iPhoto to print/reprint any IPhoto Book it contains.
In Aperture 3.4 you can switch to iPhoto by selecting "File > Open Library in iPhoto",
In Aperture 3.1/3.2 quit Aperture and launch iPhoto with the ⌥ held down, to be able to select the library.

They have a ton of books but I can only listen to them from my windows media player and I wouldlove to download to my I pod but I have tried everything I can think of it they won't go over. Someone said all I had to do was copy them over and they would convert but I can't even get them to copy. Thanks.

Well it started happening AGAIN with my 2nd IPod. No matter what I did, it Itunes would NOT restore it!
I finally installed Itunes on my hubby's PC at work and managed to get it restored there.
Apparently, there must be some sort of compatibility issue with the windows version of Itunes and some other piece of software on my pc.
And one more important thing! I had to follow the instructions in the other thread that talks about how to correctly uninstall itunes and quicktime, in order to completely eliminate ALL traces of my "first" ipod's existence so it wouldn't demand that I restore it.
I think the software got "confused" and thought when I connected my 2nd ipod, that it was the 1st and that it still needed to be restored.
Basically, this is just POORLY written and POORLY tested software!
