How can I override pop-up windows for a specific site?

In Firefox for Mac and Internet Explorer on a PC, you can turn off pop windows, but authorize specific sites to open a pop-up window. Is there a work around in Safari? The simple on/off switch (command-shift-k) is not adequate. I'd like to use just one browser, instead of using one for general surfing, and another for sites I log into that open various pop ups as I navigate.
Safari is fast, but at a functional cost.

Adblock keeps popping up as a suspect in Safari crash logs, so I'm a little nervous about it. Glims seems to have a better rep for Safari-friendliness and I believe it offers selective ad blocking:

You can also try the Camino. browser, From the Mozilla crew, it is Mac-only and much leaner and faster than FireFox. The interface is very close to Safari, unlike FireFox's rather Windows-centric approach. You can selectively block or allow both cookies and pop-ups. It's my backup browser and my wife's primary browser.

Hi,
I understand that it applied first logo to all other sub sites.
Please make sure that you change the logos in the subsites.
If we change the logo in the root site, the logos in the subsites will be changed at the same time.
However, we can change the logo in the subsites separately.
We can go to a subsite, click the Site Sitting-> Look and Feel-> Title, description, and logo->Insert Logo->select a picture, then it will has a different logo than the root site.
Then go to the other subsite, click the Site Sitting-> Look and Feel-> Title, description, and logo->Insert Logo-> select another picture, then it will has a different logo that the first subsite.

How to Suppress the POP UP window for Print out Device

Hi All,
I have One ALV Grid report and in this report I want to SUBMIT another report which, when executes gives the POP UP window for Printer Device and sends the output to that device. if we give LOCL, sends output to Spool.
So I want to Suppress that POP UP Window and by default that POP UP window should take 'LOCL' as Printer Device.

On the submit command is a spool parameters option.
The addition WITHOUT SPOOL DYNPRO suppresses the print dialog box that is displayed as standard when you use the addition TO SAP-SPOOL.
The addition SPOOL PARAMETERS is used to transfer the print parameters in a pri_params structure that belongs to the data type PRI_PARAMS from the ABAP Dictionary.
PRI_PARAMS-PDEST specificies the output device.

How to use one pop up window for multiple buttons and input fields?

Hi Experts,
I have created a pop up window that will be opened from multiple buttons in the same view. There are input fields that the data will be populated from a pop up window. How can I set up which button that a pop up window is opened from? I also would like to populate the data from a pop up window to the input field next to a clicked button. There are 6 buttons and 6 input fields that share the same pop up window. I would very appreciate your responses.

Hi,
Try creating 2 context attributes, one in your component controller and the other in the pop-up view. Bind the attribute of pop-up view to the component controller attribute.
In the main view, on click of every button set a unique code in the controller's context which helps you in identifying the button clicked. Since u have created a binding to the pop-up view attribute the value flows from the controller.
In the init method of your pop-up view, check the value of the attribute and based on that display which ever UI elements are required.
Eg:
On Button 1 click set value "B1", Button 2 value "B2" etc. In the init() of pop-up view u can check the values and perform the required operation:

Besides saving the vi in a position, you also have a property node to determine window position at startup app.
Values can be fix, calculated from monitor specs, etc.

How can i refresh an SSL certificate for a specific page?

i am trying to access my electronic training jacket on Navy Knowledge Online to check the status of my security clearance. the ETJ page requires an SSL certificate. when i initially loaded the page the message window popped up prompting me to add the security exception and get the certificate. i got the certificate and continued to load the page but it came up with HTTP error 403.7 saying that i didn't have the certificate i needed. for some reason NKO isn't recognizing the certificate i got so i need to clear that certificate and get a new one that hopefully the server will recognize. how can i do this?

Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Encryption: Certificates > View Certificates

We have so many employees in one department. So we have to display first two employees names and if user move arrow on first two employees then one pop up box should appear with list of all employee names with in that department.
Can I achieve this one with OBIEE?

How can I open a new window for a (calculated) PDF?

I have a BSP application with MVC. The start page is a HTML/HTMLB page with some buttons. If you click on the buttons, you get a PDF document in the same browser window. I generated the PDF over smart forms from table/Cluster data.
I call the controller in the OnInputProcessing event handler of the page and give it the parameters.
The problem: if you are on the PDF you cannot come back to the start page. I think, it is better, if the PDF gets a new window. The user can open on this way many PDF docs.
I tryed with navigation->next_page(...) or call_view etc. but all this dosn't work. Only the PDF will be show and in the same window!
Do I have to separe the application in two applications and use the CALL_APPLICATION method?
Or does anyone know a better way?

How can I search the filter log for a specific string?

I have messages appearing in a sub folder named "2014". The main folder is called "Archives" . I do not know how they ended up there. I read through all my filters, but see nothing that sends messages to that folder. I scroll through the filter log and do not see the message subjects that end up in that folder.
Is there a way to use something like <edit><find> to look for a string?

Apparently now Mozilla creates new versions of their browser and email apps every two weeks instead of just creating updates... I'm tired of all of the pop-up requests for these constant installation requests and all the problems that the new version installations create... I just want to use the software and be left alone.
I can't find a way to make Firefox and Thunderbird stop with the pop-up requests for new installations... is there a way to do this or has Mozilla just got it rigged so one can't just use the software without re-installing a new version every two weeks and running in to new plugin issues and missing features every time?
