I lost all my music so I only have two or three songs in iTunes, but I still have my music in my iPod, and I would like to know how to copy all the music in my iPod to my MacBook. I've tried to copy the music but it doesn't give me that option. Sorry if I wrote something wrong, I'm spanish. Thanks

Syncing is only one way Computer -> iPod, except songs bought from iTunes.
You need 3rd party tool to help you do this. Use Google to search for solution.

If the music on the iPod was purchased through iTunes you can try Transfer Purchases.
Connect the iPod to the Mac and launch iTunes. Right click on the iPod name on the left side of the iTunes window under the devices heading and select Transfer Purchases. That should transfer the music into the iTunes library on the Mac.

You should be able to recover the media with the tips in this post from forum regular Zevoneer but I'm not sure what the implications are for your application settings. You can probably transfer your purchases into a newly authorised library, backup the device, recover any other media using third party tools, then restore the device from the backup. That should switch the assocation of the device to the new library but it is not something I've personally tested.
When you get it all working, make a backup!

If you purchased all of the songs through itunes store, please follow these steps:
1. Open up Itunes and Click on Itunes Store
2. Once you're in the Itunes Store look to right side of the screen and you should see the word "purchased". Click purchased and you'll be sent to a purchase screen.
3. Click on "All Songs" and then it will show all the songs you've downloaded. From there you just hit the button that looks like a cloud with an arrow on it, and it will download all the songs all over again.
If you didn't purchase them through Itunes, then you'll have to download software that will strip the songs from your iPod onto your computer. Here is a guide about how to copy iPod music. Hope it helps. Feel free to email me if you need further help.

Unfortunely, all movies and songs purchased in iTunes will be lost...you'll have to purchase them again! Any applications you've purchased, you can download again for free.

Unfortunately, iTunes doesn't give you the options to transfer non-purchased songs in the iTunes Store from an iPod to the iTunes library, so you have to use a third-party app.

Have you not got a backup of your iTunes content on, for example, an external drive ? If not then depending on which country that you are in then you might be able to re-download past iTunes music purchases from the store. Expanding on what The Fiend said, the license to play music from a CD is tied to and stays with the CD. So if you sell or give away the CDs, the license to play the music goes with them, at which point you legally no longer have the right to the tracks. You need to keep the CDs if you want to keep the music.
As for transferring the tracks from your iPhone back to your computer so you don't have to re-import all your CDs, check out this post from Zevoneer for some iPod/iPhone media recovery options:

Hi there, i've had my ipod for about a year now and am very happy with it, but there is a small problem. Due to a virus, i had to change my hardrive on my pc, meaning i lost all my itunes songs, except i remembered i still had my ipod with all the songs on it.
The only thing is, i havent been able to transfer the songs from my ipod to my itunes after i plugged my ipod in.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can get them back on again?

The transfer of content from other sources such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. You'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos, podcasts and games as well.
