How can I pay my BT Premium email bill

I have had a talk21 email account for fifteen years or more. For the first few years, it was a free service. In 2004, it was changed so that you had to pay to be able to access your talk21 email via Outlook or other programs. I signed up to this, and it has been working successfully since then.
I intiially paid £1.50 a month - this is now £1.60 a month. Payment was taken from my credit card. Unfortunately, my credit card was subject to online fraud in November of last year, so I got a new card number. I just noticed recently that the payments had stopped, ad this co-incides with the time when the number was changed.
I tried to enter new payment details online, but this cannot be done unless you have an account number which I have never had.
I phoned the help service but they could not help because i could not give them an account number. They suggested I look on my bank statement, but all it says is BT3 Durham. Earlier on, the statement said BT 3 Carlior SQ.
I have never had BT Broadband though we do have a BT landliine.
I have written to BT (it takes a long time to find an address!) but have heard nothing.
I have not been notified by BT that they have not been able to take a payment, and the email service is still working, but I'm sure there will come a time when it is cut off.
I would much prefer to keep using this email address than start off again - does anyone have any idea what I can do?

You can't. You highlight each one, then hit delete. Once in your trash, you'll have the delete all button.

I've changed the bill payer to myself but it stills says on emails that I sent that its from my mother.

In order for the "From" field to show you options on the "from" addresses available, you must set them up in the Preferences > Accounts first.
I can't show you a screen shot of the from field because I currently only have one account, so the from address used is the default. However, when I had more than one, then options will show up in your compose/reply window.

You can't. Why on earth would you attempt to manage 2500 emails with setting up a folder structure or some means of doing so? Simply keeping them in an single inbox is not realistic, no matter what email client you use.

I know that you can use two credit cards to pay an item but the problem is that i can only put the billing address of just one of the credit cards, and since the two cards are from different people (my parents) i can't do it. They live in the same place so i don't know if i should just put one of the billing address.

I've spent over 3 hours on the phone/chatting to online support and none of it seemed to help as it all revolved around resetting emails etc but can't do any of it without my access to my old email. Now my phone won't take cloud because they advised to set up new apple ID and use that, but can't sign out of old one completely. Also doesn't help because my phone and laptop are set up on the old one. Thanks for the help.

Please follow these steps in order to change your iCloud ID.
(Please note that @mac.com, @me.com and @icloud.com email addresses as primary iCloud ID could not be changed.)
Start with signing out of iCloud on all your devices - iPhones, iPads, Mac etc. - (iOS: "Settings > iCloud", Mac: "System Preferences > iCloud") and delete your iCloud account from this devices (+ turn off Find My iPhone, but I guess it will ask you that anyway).
After that go to http://appleid.apple.com sign in with your current iCloud ID and now change your Apple ID (iCloud ID) to your new email address.
Finally, set up your iCloud account on all your devices again.

I just did follow Varjak's instruction, but it refused. I was asked to enter my Apple ID's email address which unfortunately is the same as my Apple ID. I created two different passwords for each Apple ID n primary email address when I set up my I tune account in the first place, however.
I do remember my Apple ID password because I have used it every time I installed new apps, but I completely forgot my password for the primary email address because I've never used it at all! I have another email address which I actively use it for all my email. I want to change my primary email address which happened to be my Apple ID as well to the one I actively use.
Because of the explained problem, I can't log in to Icloud as I have been asked to verify by following the instruction sent to my primary email address.
I would really appreciate it if any one can help me solve this problem.
