Have you tried closing the Pages app completely and seeing if it works ok when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e. not with Pages 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Pages app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I am new to iTunes and was wondering if there is any way to determine if a certain game can be used on my iPod other thatn gioing through all the games and clicking on them to find out what the requirements are for each individual game.

I'm planning to change the country of my iTunes Store account from the Philippine Store to the US. If I do, is it still possible for me to sync and update my apps purchased from the PH iTunes Store? And will I still be able to purchase in-app purchases?

You can't change countries if you have a credit on your account - if you can't spend it then you can try contacting iTunes Support and ask them if they can remove the balance so that you can do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

How can I play mpeg on my iMac and other apple devices

I received a movie clip to my email(apple) from a cell phone. It is labeled video0131.mpeg. I can not play it. Would like to be able to play. I have installed on my iMac flip4mac. Still does not play. When I click on the link that says video0131.mpeg I get an error message error: no associated application could be found. Please help. Greatly appreciated.

I am sorry I am not able to understand the link you sent me about quicktime. I am operating Mac OS X version 10.6.7. I sent myself from my cell phone a video to my mailbox. When i go to mail and open it up it shows the logo pic of movie clip then right next to it the link video0131.mpeg when i highlight the link it also shows this right after video0131/cid:422, I go to click on link or movie clip pic and i get an error message no associated application can be found. I have installed on my computer quicktime player 7 also flip4mac.Not sure hat has happened or am I doing something wrong. Thanks for your help

HT1689 How can I get a refund on a purchased app from the App Store?

I purchased an app from the App Store and did not get an email receipt. After opening the app, I found it didn't do what I thought it was designed to do. I can't seem to find out how to get a refund from my recent purchase. Any help would be appreciated.

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

How to reset iTunes backup configuration for iPad and iPhone?

After buying a new Mac, I migrated my settings (because there were w a lot of apps) and generally everything's working. Except when I try to sync my iPad or iPhone, I get the following error:
iTunes could not backup the (device) ... because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPad
A few notes
It does work with a new account, just not this one, so there's some setting somewhere that probably needs to go
I did repair disk permissions
I tried to reset preferences via mv *iTunes* to a backup folder in <user>/Library/Preferences
There are no backups on this machine (if you go to iTunes / Settings / Devices the "device backups" list is empty)
It still feels like something is pointing somewhere invalid, but I have no idea how to reset it.

The problem turned out to be a symlink to a folder that pointed nowhere where the backups were stored.
I seriously doubt many people are going to run into this issue, but hey, there you go, another thing to watch out for are symlinks if you transfer your settings to a new machine.
The reason before was that I was clearing out space on a SSD, and backups took up enough room.

Everytime I buy a new device or whipe out a hard drive and do a fresh install, I have to reset everything. All my preferances, Safari Homepage, passwords, etc.
I know about time machine. The problem is that sometimes, I am trying to avoid a problem that is in the Time Machine's backup.
I spend a lot of time setting my preferences for all the software I use. It is a real pain to modify every toolbar, etc

One thing you can try next time is Setup Migration. So, after downloading and reinstalling OS X and after the restart into Setup use Setup Migration to migrate your user account(s), settings, apps and data from a Time Machine back up.

Using a bluetooth headphone, how can I play/pause and skip tracks on apps like Spotify?

I have just bought the Sennheiser MM 550-x bluetooth headphone. I am not able to use the headphone's bluetooth buttons to play/pause and skip tracks in Spotify and other non-Apple apps in Lion. The bluetooth controls (avrcp) work in iTunes and QuickTime player, though. The same issue applies to the Apple headsets with inline remote controls. Is there a workaround for this, like third party remote apps that responds to bluetooth commands or let you remap incoming bluetooth commands?

I'm having the same issue with my Philips, I have tested on ML and Maverick and still happening, the controls just work with iTunes and I always use spotify... Any solution for that!?!!?!?

I want to be reminded to do a task when I arrive home. Is it possible to save my home location (and other useful locations) to the reminders app? This is more useful than guessing when I will arrive at a location and setting a reminder for then.

Yes, this is possible. Go into your contacts list and choose yourself (hopefully you're in there and set up as the user on the phone.) Then enter in your addresses (home, work, school, etc.) and next time you set up a location based reminder those address will be in there.

Apple's servers may be being hammered by people continually checking for the new iOS 7 to be released. I'd expect to see more issues once the update is rolled out. In the meantime try:
Logout of your account, then log back in.
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally
