How can I present my iPhone problem to Apple online directly?

I want to send them an e-mail. But I just can't seem to fine their e-mail add support.

My 6-month old iPhone was battery-drained.
When i charged it with its original charger on a power outlet, it does not respond and did not turn on after leaving it for hours.
I charged it with another original iPhone charger, it did not charge as well.
I connected it to my laptop, but still to no success.
I tried to reset it as instructed in your troubleshooting section. The battery symbol appeared but when I continued charging it for hours, still it won't turn on.
When I tried iTunes, it won't recognize the iPhone.
I checked the LCI, it's white/silver, thus, no contact with liquid.
After doing all the recommended solutions, I brought it to Vodafone because it's supposed to be the iphone support provider here in Qatar. After leaving it with them for a week or so, they did not provide service to it since according to them, it was bought from the UAE by the store here where I got it.
Now that I've checked this website, I found out that it is still eligible for hardware repairs and service under warranty till November 13 of this year. I want to know how can it be repaired/replaced as per warranty's coverage by Apple. Please help me with this issue. I haven't used my phone for weeks now. It is just so frustrating buying a phone for over a thousand dollars ( I got my 32 gb 3GS for QR3,995 which is equal to USD 1090+) and no APPLE warranty. Thank you very much.

    Do you mean that you removed the phone from the 'manage devices' section of your iTunes account ? If you do then that won't stop you being able to purchase items on your phone - you only need to be logged into an account to be able to purchase with it.
    If you do mean the 'manage devices' section then you can associate, or re-associate, a device (or computer) by using iTunes Match, or automatic downloads, or redownloading past purchases on it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

    You may also be able to access https://store.apple.com/ in Safari, log into your account, and review recent purchases (and cancel any that haven't shipped yet).

    your old statements to see if the entry is there. Search
    your emails if you chose to have the receipt emailed to
    you.

    What ID is it asking you for? Did you purchase the device 2nd hand? If so, you may have encountered the Activation Lock, which means the phone is still locked to the Previous Owner's Find My iPhone. If that is the case, you will have to contact the previous owner to follow the instructions below. If you cannot contact the owner, and you purchased it through eBay see if you can get a refund.
    If you are locked out due to Activation Lock, there is nothing you can do to access the device:

    As was mentioned, your only option is to sell it on ebay or return the phone. However, seeing that you have attempted to jailbreak, and something went wrong, which also voids the warranty, so it is likely that your phone can't be returned.
    However, you can still sell it on ebay and get your money back. You may want to mention that the phone is not working. Some people buy them for parts.

    There's nothing you can do.  Once your device is associated with an iTunes store ID and you change it, you cannot switch to another ID to download previous purchases for 90 days, as explained here: iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID - Apple Support.

    You can create up to 3 alias addresses but you have to do this on icloud.com from your computer browser.  This article explains how: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2622.  Also, incoming email to an alias address will go to your current iCloud inbox so it really isn't a separate account; just a different email address for the same account. 
    Each iCloud account only has a single iCloud email account.  If you really want to set up another, you would need to add a secondary iCloud account by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud, then entering a different Apple ID to create the account.  You can then turn on Mail to create the new account.  Mail in secondary accounts, however, is fetch email, not push (which is only supported in the primary account).

    Well, you managed to find this support forum didn't you and you have an internet connection don't you?  Then if you have all these things, go and find the number by going to the Verizon website and it should not be hard to find the number.
    As for speaking English, this is not really our problem and it is surely something that you should have thought about before buying the phone in the first place.
    You also need to know that Verizon in the US is a cdma operator and if you purchased an iPhone 4s, then it should not be locked.  The Verizon 4s comes with a sim card tray that should be unlocked out of the box for use internatinoally on gsm networks, so all you should need to do is open the sim card tray and insert a sim card and you should pick up the local gsm network.
    A cdma phone does not actually use a sim card, so there would be no original sim card with the phone because when it is used in the US it will pick up the Verizon cdma network without a sim card.  The sim card is only for use on a gsm network which will not work in the US, but is designed to work outside the US.  Open the sim card tray and insert your own local sim card and the phone should work and should not be locked.
    Other than this, if you purchased the phone in the first place, it is the responsibility of the previous owner to cancel the Verizon contract.  This is nothing to do with you, so contact the seller and ask them.
    Other wise, go to the Verizon website and look up the number and call them.  As they are the phone company, ultimately, they are the only ones who can help you.

    Your phone is in recovery mode. Did you plug it to the computer running itunes? What happend?

    The only way to get passed that and to use that iPhone is to ask the previous owner to remove it from icloud.com in the Find my iPhone section.

    If the previous owner is not present
    Make sure the device is powered on and connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Then contact the previous owner and ask them to follow these steps to remove the device from their account:

    Click All Devices to open a list of devices linked to their account, then select the device to be removed.
    Click the Erase button to erase all content and settings from the device. When prompted, don't enter a phone number or message. Click Next until the device is erased.
    When the erase is complete, click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
    After the device is erased and removed from the account, you can proceed with the device setup process.

    May be you have turned the DO NO DISTURB in your iphone settings.
    Check as below DND settings
    Settings>>Do Not Disturb
    If you are iPhone is on version iOS 5.X there was a bug which does not let the DO NOT DISTURB function properly.
    SO, its better you to latest iOS version 7.0.4, no other versions of iOS are signed by APPLE hence forth.
