I want to share my documents hoping its contents not be modified and copied.
Solution:
1.Password security
Password can be removed simply by some softwares.
2.Certificates security
Certificates must be shared and users must import it.That is complex for sharing.
Is there a simple way to share my encrypt documents?

There are plenty of software packages that will allow someone to only use your software for a certain amount of time, encrypt, not allow printing, etc. but they all cost something. Just search google.

There is no Apple IOS or Pages configuration provision for setting a password on an IOS Pages document, whether local or on iCloud. This remains true when sharing too. Just checked.
If a document password is set in OS X Pages and the document is saved to iCloud, the IOS Pages app will challenge you for the password before opening the document. If you attempt to share this document as a Pages document, there is no hint or challenge that the file is password protected.

How can I copy Word Document and save them in my iPad?

Hi, I just recieved my iPad 3 today. I've never used the Apple format before. All of my recipes are in Microsoft Word all neatly organized, there are many... I mean a lifetime of them and I'm old! I bought the iPad to use it in the kitchen and for the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to transfer my Word files to my iPad and put them in a document folder. Can anyone help? I sure would appreiciate it.

There are no document folders in the iPad. Files and documents are saved within the app that is used to create, edit and view the corresponding files. You need an app that can read and edit Word files and you will be able to save the files within that app.
You can email files, use DropBox or another cloud service, use iOS file sharing or use iCloud - if you use one of the Apple iWorks apps - in this case it would be Pages.
There are MS Office compatible apps available in the app store like Quick Office Pro and Documents to Go. Take a look at those and see what you think.

Here are three ways to do it. None of the ways is automatic:
(1) Get an Acrobat.com account, and copy your files via Acrobat.com:

(2) If you have a computer with iTunes, and you're syncing your iPad and iPhone to this computer, your PDF files already exist on the computer. In iTunes, select the device. Then import them in a similar way via iTunes.
(3) Use a Dropbox account. Install Dropbox on both your iPad and iPhone. Copy the PDF files via Dropbox.

Documents to Go says that it, "Opens password protected Excel 97-2008 files", but does not say whether it can save them as "password protected".

Your Macs have to be "connected" in some way. Wifi is ok but slow, an ethernet cable is faster.
Once the cable is in place, go to each Mac and enable file sharing. like this:
Go to Apple Menu / System Preferences / Sharing / and check File Sharing. Do this on both Macs.
Next, on either Mac, type Command + k (both keys together). In the new window, click on Browse. (Only have to do this on one Mac.)
Select the other Mac, click on Connect As.
You can mount the hard drive of one Mac on the desktop of the other. Then you can drag and drop files from one to the other.

I am a subscriber to Adobe Create PDF. When I scan in documents from my HP 8600 all in one, it shows up in my computer with a pdf file extention, but with a microsoft WORD logo. I cannot simply open it with a double click and see a PDF adobe display. Instead I get a window generated from WORD that has garbage symbols and unreadable cybertext which I cannot convert. How can the be fixed?

Yes, I was referring to the iTunes ID not needing to be the same as the ID used for iCloud. In order to set up an Apple ID your children will need to have a valid email address that can be verified by Apple. Apple requires this so they have a way of contacting the owner if there is a problem with the account, such as when you may need to reset the password on the account. When you set up the ID, Apple will send a verification email to this email account and you will need to click on the verificating link in the email to complete the process. If they don't currently have an email account you can just set one up with gmail or another free email hosting service. They don't have to use the account but you will need it to set up the ID.

In addition to the last poster's suggestion - just so you know, it also depends on the email program the recipient uses as to how they will see any attachments - for instance, when I am using my Yahoo Mail, I am absolutely unable to view any attachment within the browser window - Yahoo forces me to download it; there is no way for me to check it (like a preview) to see if I want to download it or not.
And, FWIW: the window shown in the screenshot does not show on my version of Mail 5.1 (which is the latest for 10.7.2); the only one similar shows when viewing a message received with an attachment, not while sending one. So that must be a different version.
