There is only instructions to publish books (not for free) in the ibookstore with IRS numbers, etc.
But I'm brazilian, and want to publish here in my country. How can I do this?

You must get a US tax id, except for a free books account. Follow the instructions to do so. If that is too much trouble for you, then you will have to use an aggregator or sell from a different store, like Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Google, Sony.

There are many ways to import your PDFs into Papers for iPad. Obviously the preferred way is if you have a Mac and also use Papers for Mac**. The two apps can wirelessly sync their libraries. The most comprehensive delete method I know about is to delete the book from iTunes on the computer you sync your iPad with. You'll be asked if you're sure, and it will be deleted from your iPad and any other i-Device you sync to.
I think that's the best you can do.

How can others publish .PDF books to iPhones?!

I have created a cooking book for the iPad using iBook Author, with some fancy layout and formatting. The book looks great.
Now I want to be able to publish it for iPhone as well.
I can see others have their cook books available for iPhone and iPad and it looks identical on both platforms. Having tried to download a few of them, I notice they behave exactly like a .pdf does (I can pinch to zoom, etc).
Now when I try to publish my book to iPhone as a .pdf I'm informed that that is not possible.
Instead I'm guided to using Pages to create an ePub file. But this does not work for two reasons:
1) The formatting tools are horrible, I have to recreate my book from scratch, and I can't get anywhere near the fancy layout and formatting of my iPad version. And the goal is to make it look exactly like my iPad version.
2) As an ePub I can change font size and font, which I don't want. I want my version to behave like a .pdf, just like everyone elses cookbook, so I can retain my fancy layout, fonts and image placements.
I really hope someone can help me here, because it seems I'm doing something horribly wrong.

This was so confusing, I looked to find out how others submit pdf-like books.
It makes no sense that I can't submit a pdf to the book store, now that other books behave exactly like pdf, and the iBook app can already handle pdf's.
Google is not my friend on this one, and I even tried to contact Apple...
All help would be much appreciated!
It can't be true that putting a .pdf of my iBook on my iPhone is easy, but putting it on the book store for others to download is such a complex prosedure you have to pay a company to do it.
Why does it have to be an epub format, when it changes nothing for the user experience and looks exactly like a .pdf?
Then something is seriously wrong.
I hope someone with knowledge on this area can explain this.

First of all, you posted in completely the wrong section.
It says right on the purchase page that you need an iOS device.
The publishers want restrictions on what devices can read the books to make sure everyone pays.
In any case, if you ask google there are lots of converters such as Epubsoft Ebook Converter
I have never used it myself though.

Login to Amazon then from "your Account" select "your cloud drive" from drop down list. This will bring the list of file names such as Kindle books or docs, Videos, Pictures, Documents etc. Click on the Kindle docs then select the item you no longer need and use the "delete" that is listed on the bottom of the screen. You must add the itunes redirect tag within the <channel> element of your feed. Its doubtful that a 3rd party app would support this tag, but its possible. If you have access to the actual xml file, you can add the redirect feed manually using any text editor.

The itunes redirect tag simply tells iTunes users where your podcast has been moved to, and updates their local settings accordingly. The next time they visit your podcast, they will go directly to your new feed specified in the redirect tag.
For non-iTunes users, the itunes redirect tag doesn't help. Thats where the 301 redirect comes in, however it is a bit complicated depending on the type of host your podcast is on. If you don't want to tackle the 301 redirect, keep reading.
One method of updating non-iTunes users...if you can still post an episode to your old feed, then one option is to post a text file that directs people to your new feed. You could also post a brief audio clip stating the same thing. Leave this episode up for a couple of weeks and then kill your old feed.

I have been trying to delete the "purchased books" section of I Books. I inherited this I pad and would like to clear this section as there are questionable books. I would like to delete them but don't know how. I have already removed them from showing up in my library but would like to start fresh in "stores". I do not want them available for downloading in the future.

You can't permanently delete any items from an account's purchase history, all you can do is hide items : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If you log out of the existing account on the iPad (tap on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app) and then log in with your account then none of the previous owner's purchases should show.

one issue, we have the problem to publish our Support Packages (Software Compoment), that we have installed in our ECC 6.0 System. The SAP PI System don't find our Compoment in the Systemlandscape and therefore we heard that we must publish the Compoment in SOAMANAGER.

For iWeb, I like to do only one site per domain file. I move domain files out of the Application Support folder and place them inside project or client folders, or in DropBox. Once you duplicate a domain file and begin customizing it, it will load and behave as a separate project/site.
I publish each iWeb domain/project direct to a server via FTP. Sometime I publish to a folder, then upload via FTP manually.
iWeb is a remarkable tool, especially when you work from scratch with blank tamplates
