Our Apple Store allows to purchase FCP X in blocks of 20+ but I only need 7. I've purchase one and downloaded it but I need to purchase 6 more. Can I do that with one business account or do I have to created Apple ID's for each computer?

All apps (and other content from the store) are tied to the account that downloaded them, whether or not they are free. To do in-app purchases in that app you will either need to log in with the account that downloaded it, or delete it (which will delete its content) and download it with your currently logged in account if you want to do IAPs on that account.

Yes. You can use any funds that you have available in iTunes for the App Store, iTunes, iBooks or the Mac App Store. Just go to the app store and tap on the app that you want to download. If the credit is available, it will be deducted from your account when you make the purchase.
You can swipe to the bottom of the featured tab in the app store to view your account balance.

How can I use NSDictionaryControllers for 2 dicts with common key?

I have two dictionaries, both with the same key. Using Interface Builder I can build for each dictionary a two-column table, but I did not find out how to connect their keys so that selecting a line in one table automatically selects the corresponding line in the other table.
Does there exist a binding between the two controllers that solves the problem? If so, how can it be established?
(First I tried to use only ONE table - with 3 columns:. This appeared to me the best way. But again I could not establish the appropriate binding.)

I assume you are using a UITableView to show your data. Remember that the table view does not store your data, only shows a few rows of your collection.
I would detect a selection in one table, then programatically select the row with the same key in the second table. There would be no connection in IB to do that.

What happens when you try to do the in-app purchase ? If you have a balance on your account then that should automatically be used - that covers the full price (plus any applicable taxes) of the IAP ?
But if you also have a card on your account then that also has to be valid - have you tried removing the card from your account and seeing if you can then do the IAP ?

My iTunes app tells me that I have 5 computers currently authorized with my account. How can I tell which ones they are??? I've checked all of my old desktops and laptops to deauthorize them but they indicate that they were never authorized. Confusing. Why go to the trouble managing how many are authorized if you don't provide a means to list them??? I realize that I can deauthorize them all (the only choice!) but, in doing so and reauthorizing the ones I need, does this mean that I lose the ability to access previously purchased music on them?? You cannot. You can see the number of authorised machines.
Go to itunes Store, Select Account from Quick Links on the right.
If you already have 5 authorised but can't remember which the machines are you have the option of once every 90 days to deauthorize all comuters and then individually reauthorising the ones you want.
On each machine in iTunes Click Store > Authorise this computer

I found a post that tells how to share my library so that two user accounts on my iMac have full read and write access to my iPhoto Library, but I can't find the Library. It should be under /users/myname/pictures/iphoto library/data according to a Spotlight search I used to find a photo in my library, but that folder can't be seen in Finder.

No, your Library should not be under
/users/myname/pictures/iphoto library/data
That's the location of a thumbnail within the Library. Using Spotlight to search the Library is dangerous as Spotlight doesn't understand how the Library is structured.
By default - unless you moved it - the Library is in your Pictures Folder.
/users/myname/pictures
As to Sharing with iPhoto 08:
What you mean by 'share'.
If you want the other user to be able to see the pics, but not add to, change or alter your library, then enable Sharing in your iPhoto (Preferences -> Sharing), leave iPhoto running and use Fast User Switching to open the other account. In that account, enable 'Look For Shared Libraries'. Your Library will appear in the other source pane.
Any user can drag a pic from the Shared Library to their own in the iPhoto Window.
Remember iPhoto must be running in both accounts for this to work.
If you want the other user to have the same access to the library as you: to be able to add, edit, organise, keyword etc. The problem here is that OS X works very hard to keep your data safe and secure from the other users. You're trying to beat what's built in to the system. So, to beat the system
Quit iPhoto in both accounts
Move the iPhoto Library Folder to an external HD set to ignore permissions. You could also use a Disk Image or even partition your Hard Disk.
In each account in turn: Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting dialogue, select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new library location. From that point on, this will be the default library location. Both accounts will have full access to the library, in fact, both accounts will 'own' it.
However, there is a catch with this system and it is a significant one. iPhoto is not a multi-user app., it does not have the code to negotiate two users simultaneously writing to the database, and trying will cause db corruption. So only one user at a time, and back up, back up back up.
Lastly: This method seems a little clunky at first, but works very well. Most importantly, it uses the System to do the job for you.
Create a new Account on your Mac, call it Media. Create an iPhoto Library there. (BTW: This will work for iTunes too.)
Enable Sharing on the Library:(Preferences -> Sharing), leave iPhoto running and use Fast User Switching to open the other accounts. In those accounts, enable 'Look For Shared Libraries'. The Library will appear in the other source pane.
This means that both users will be able to see the pics. If you want to use a pic then simply drag it from the shared Library to your own in the iPhoto Window. This means that each user can have their own edits.
If you want to add photos to the Library: Log into the Media account for that purpose.
To make it all seamless: Set your Mac to log into the Media Account automatically. Set iPhoto to launch on log-in. Then switch to your own account using Fast User Switching.
Net result: a Library that's permanently available to all users but also protected. Each user can have their own versions of the pics if they want.
No partitioning, no permissions issues. Uses no extra disk space. What's not to like?
Note: This process is simple in iPhoto 09, and requires none of these hoops. If this is a key feature for you you might consider upgrading.
