You can't, once you redeem a card it's balance is transferred to your account, you can't transfer it back to the card. Why are SO many people asking this question, and no one is answering? Why does no one at Apple ever answer these "support" discussions? It's just millions of people upset for various reasons (such as broken off buttons on the iPhone 4S that my poor mother has experienced, among thousands and thousands of others with ZERO help from Apple). And the only people who do find help here, get it from others who find workarounds without Apple's help.
I also have the same question as above, (and the thousands of others do as well - do a quick Google search or just look at all the similar posts to the right). I've tried to call Apple, and I keep getting re-directed to their website. I search their website, and no answer is provided. PLEASE RESPOND Apple. Geez louise. The backup saves many settings, but it copies photos and other files from the computer back to the iPad after IOS5 wipes the disk. Plugging it into her computer will re-sync it.

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

Re-sync your apps and content from iTunes on your computer or redownload it from the iTunes Store, then restore from your backup:

That should put back most if not all of your settings and data. As to putting songs on, either purchase them from the iTunes Store or, again, sync them from iTunes:

You need to provide a lot more detail as to what you did.
Were you setting up bootcamp?
Did you blindly install Windows without using bootcamp?
If you set up bootcamp, press and hold the option key when you hear the start up bong until the screen shows both operating systems.You can then select the one that you want.

Go to Settings > Notifications > Share Widget and toggle Notification Center to ON.
If Notification Center is OFF in the Share Widget, then the Share Widget will be located under the sub-heading "Not In Notification Center."

GUI organization is messed up - how can I put it back the way it was

was running fine, then somehow the GUI got messed up so now connections view takes up half the screen and I can't see the SQL windows and the tables windows. How can I put it back to the way it was? Any time I try to drag and move a window around, it gets worse. I would like to have the connections view only in the left quarter of the window as the default.

If you simply want to reset everything to default you can backup/delete the settings directory usualli located in:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SQL Developer\systemXXXXXX

documents and settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\SQL Developer\systemXXXXXXMind you will lose all your other settings along with the layout, you may want to at least export your connections before trying.
The layour file itself should be somthing called windowinglayout.xml located somewhere in the above config directory, but last time i checked deleting only this file had no effect.
