I'm very interested in creating something similar to the animation in this video at about 1:28:

Please note the video was done in Google Earth Pro, and is showing in 3D. It's not just Google Maps.
I've done a lot of research though and am conviced the car and line animation were not done in
Google Earth Pro. I'm assuming it was done in AE or something similar. I've looked at Motion Tracking,
and 3D Camera Tracker, but neither of them seem to be right for the job. Anyone have any other ideas?
Here's exactly what I need, but I can't figure out the first text group to be "flipped".

They use physical paper cut-outs (you can see the shadows and outlines in a few frames) but it almost seems animated -- the first time I watched it I thought they were green-screening the background.
How would I get rid of the outlines around the cut out pieces of paper? I'm guessing it would involve increasing the contrast of the background dramatically, but not the hands?

thanksUse the bezier tool to create your shapes, give the shapes an Airbrush outline. Then apply a Write On behavior to each shape. Position the shapes in the timeline so they appear sequentially. To achieve the zooming out effect, you can either scale the whole group, or convert the group to 3D and use the camera to zoom out.

Time needed can depend on several things.
• less than 5 GB free space on Start-up (Mac OS) hard disk = Redicolous long times AND a DVD that most probably will not work OK
Medicine - I never go under 25GB free space
• Use of strange file formats into iDVD - can force it to de-code first then re-encode - this can take long long times
I use
Video - StreamingDV as from miniDV tape Cameras - or QuickTime Movies Converted to StreamingDV
Audio - .aiff 16-bit 48 kHz - (no .mp3, .wma etc)
• Use of old Mac - My G4 600MHz took about 24 hour per hour movie. my dG5 - about 2 hours per hour (I use Pro Quality encoding)
• Pro Quality encoding - takes about x2 to process a movie

One of you needs to use a separate Apple ID for iCloud, FaceTime & iMessage.
The Apple ID needs to be a verified email address. Once you have an email address, that can be verified, go here & create the ID:

Then on one of the phones, turn off Contacts, Calendars, etc. for iCloud. You'll be prompted to keep the data or delete it from the phone, then turn off iMessage, FaceTime & delete the iCloud account...Settings>iCloud...scroll down...delete account. Then, setup iCloud using the new Apple ID, turn on iMessage & Facetime.
This will have no affect on the ID you both share for iTunes content, & you can continue to do so. -

If you have a gmail IMAP mail account, you need to understand tht you are remotely viewing the server folders, so basically the folders you see in Thunderbird are the same folders you see when you use webmail - (logon to google account via browser).
If you want to delete emails off the server, but keep those specific emails accessible in Thunderbird, then you need to move/copy them from the Thunderbird IMAP gmail mail account and store them in Local Folders account in suitably created folders before you delete them from the IMAP mail account. -

How can I easily create a playlist containing all the songs on my phone? I have iOS 7.1.1. on the iPhone. Older versons of iOS had a one button operations to add all songs. iOS 7 does not seem to have this one button operation, which requires me to add songs individually. Considering I have over 1500 songs on my iPhone this takes a long to to do.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Use your backup copy of your computer to put everything on the new one.
If for some reason you have failed to backup, big mistake, then you can transfer itunes purchases from the iphone to the computer: File>Transfer Purchases
You may be able to buy a 3rd party program to get any other music off of the iphone ( not supported by Apple).
When you sync the iphone, it will erase the current content and replace with content form the new computer.

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
