How can I re-install Flash Plarer!

A few weeks ago Firefox Flash Player stopped working and kept sending a message to install it, I did that a few times and it remains the same. Now it's getting worse and it's appearing everywhere.
I called Apple and Comcast and they cannot help me. I even re-installed Firefox and it's still the same.

Can you please suggest something, or give me a phone number I can call for help.

If all you want to do is watch videos on Youtube, you don't need Flash and can watch them in HTML5 instead. All you need to do is to install Firefox which supports WebM. Adobe stopped ALL development of Flash for Android last year. (July 2012) That includes Kindle as well as Samsung Tablets. Additionally, Samsung and Amazon have ended support for Flash in ALL of their newest tablet models.
The following is from Samsung Support (07/31/2013):
"Beginning August 15, 2012 we will use the configuration settings in the Google Play Store to limit continued access to Flash Player updates to only those devices that have Flash Player already installed. There are older versions of Flash Player (for Android) at that link, but there are no guarantees any of them will work.

Flash Player is not supported on mobile devices, and has never been supported on Windows phone. I am not aware of alternative option for Windows phone users.

You first need to uninstall the application completely.
In Mac :-- Applications --->Utilities --->Adobe Installers
in Adobe installers you will find the uninstaller for Indesign CC just run that and complete the uninstallation.
In window :-- Control panel ---> programs and features --> uninstall Indesign cc.
After doing this you can launch Creative cloud desktop ---> log out and log back in.
You should see the option to install the software again.

Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

Originally the Notebook will have the Recovery Partition and that would give you an option to create a set of Recovery Disk. If you have not created those Recovery Disks when the Notebook was in working condition we cannot do that right now
As of now if you need to recover your Notebook with the new Operating System you can check if the Recovery Partition is in a working condition or not, If yes you can easily recover/restore your Notebook
If Recovery Partition is corrupted
You need to call HP Technical Support and request for a set of Recovery Disks , So you can recover/restore your Notebook at the earliest
OR
You need call up Microsoft and purchase an Operating System with the License Key, So you can recover/restore your Notebook at the earliest

Moreover as you mentioned that your machine crashed.. so do you mean that you have lost access to your operating system and all its files?
