How can I recover my back up data?

I back up data on iTunes (iPhone 5)
And I accidentally deleted some files on iTunes and iPhoto folder. (I don't know it is the back up folder)
Now I found out that my application are all grey, they don't show the image of the apps.
I also imported all the photos in iPhoto, for sure they were gone.
I still have my contacts
I try many applications, but I have to buy them for around $30 to recovery my files.

Time Machine is not for archiving files. it keeps a record, backup, of what is on the internal hard drive in your system. Deleting files on the internal hard drive will eventually remove those files from the TM backup files.
Not sure there is anyway to recover them as TM thinks you no longer wanted or needed those files because you deleted them from the internal drive.

Yes, it is the same with me. I know a friend how upgraded to iso7 and lost all of his game center data. He tried singning in and re singning in but no change. Plus on to of all of this, apple is like have me and him to re-validate our itunes acount. Somthing weried is going on. So verified my itunes acount and it shows under settings that I am signed in, but when I go to the app store on my iPhone and try downloading or even updating a app, it says "can not conect to itunes store" after singing in! AND I'M NOT SURE I AM GOING TO UPGRADE TO ISO7 YET UNTILL THEY FIX THIS BUG!!!! HELP!

Prior to downloading, a window popped up saying I can download the update to my computer so I dont lose my content.Well that I never got the option, it went right into "Backing up my IPod" so I figured its backing everything up. There are some Mac Applications which can read backup files from iPhones.
Look at iBackup Viewer, iPhone Backup Exractor, etc.

How can I retrieve my backed up data in icloud?

My iPhone went out on Thursday so i purchased more storage on iCloud and backed up my phonr to it. The new iPhone that was given to me did not have the iOS 5, so i had to get it via my PC. I did the usual sysnc and put the most recent back up in just to get the new soft ware in the phone. Now I don't know how to get the data I backed up in iCloud, any ideas?

You can't.
You can restore the phone with that backup to get the photos back.
Note that only the photos in the camera roll are backed up.
Ideally, you will be syncing your photos to your computer (and regularly backing up your computer).
Then you would simply resync the photos.

The OP stated they had an iPhone 4, so since that would have come out with iOS4, there should be a backup somewhere (could be at least a year old since iOS5 came out last year). Getting some data back is better than losing all data
The restore process would require upgrades be reapplied ... it's worth a shot

Now I want to use this table again for some other program,how should i restore the deleted rows so that i can use the table properly.
However toad tool showing that no row is deleted from the table.

I began having problems with my iphone 5 after I updated to ios7. It began having several issues e.g. freezing, turning on and off by itself and the home button was not responding.
It is a long story because I had to talk to apple reps etc. to make a long story short; my iphone is now in recovery mode and only works when it is set as a new iphone.
Now my back up data on itunes will not back up into my iphone 5 and my iphone is still in recovery mode.
How can I restore my itunes back up data into my iphone 5?
How can I get my phone out of recovery mode?
How can I recover my potentially lost data, contacts, sms, etc., due to backing up my iphone and trying to fix the issues with apple reps?

You should never update without making sure that you have saved everything on your computer first.
You should import all pics and vids before attempting any update.
If you have failed to save the data, then it is gone

As Ocean20 say, your only shot at recovering the photos and data is to restore from a backup (with iTunes if you took the backup with iTunes, through iCloud if you took the backup through iCloud).
The erasure is to prevent your data from falling into the hands of somebody who takes your phone and eventually guesses your password. If you feel that the inconvenience caused by this feature and your friend outweighs the trouble that somebody could cause if they got possession of your contacts and other data, you can change this behaviour.
Settings > General > Passcode Lock > Erase Data > OFF

Sorry those pics might be gone, since you restored from your backup.
Only way possible if by some possibility you were able to backup your current data to itunes, then you can restore from that backup.
Open itunes - edit - preference - devices - backup - see if there is an up to date backup.
If you don't have one then sorry those pics are gone.

Sorry saker, but if you have not backed up your data anywhere, and you told the computer, in essence to clear the data and restore it with your iPod data, then you are pretty much out of luck....
