I deleted some photos carelessly a few days ago. Since i use the phone model is "Xperia S" which is use of interal storage hard disk (not have SD card select), i have tried use some of recovery software (like CardRecovery, Pandora Recovery) but since Xperia S connect the PC via USB only have Media Transfer Mode (MTP), the aforesaid software cannot detect my phone as an external driver and hence cannot recover any files. Please help me to solve this problem.

Unless you backed up your iPad to iCloud or to a computer, they are gone. You cannot safely recover photos from the iPad.

If the photo was in your Camera Roll album and you have a current iTunes or iCloud backup then you can restore from that backup to recover the photo.

As long as you don't delete the trash, the files should be recoverable.
I suspect using the Put Back command could take a long time, so be patient.
If your Time Machine backups are mixed with your daughter's backups you might want to buy a larger drive and move the Time Machine files to the new drive.
Regarding missing photos in iPhoto...There might be options to rebuild/recover that data from iPhoto rather than trying to revert to a Time Machine backup.

I don't recommend Western Digital because of the boot problem with some of their drives.

I only know that software for windows.
Once you have installed it onto a windows pc, you have to choose the iphones as an usb store device running Recuva.

Even if you haven’t backed up your iPhone with iTunes manually, iTunes might have backed up it automatically each time you sync your iPhone with iTunes. If you have enabled iCloud, every time, your iPhone is connected to Wifi and a power source, and the screen is locked, iCloud will automatically backup your photos. So try to restore the deleted photos from iTunes or iCloud backup first if the backups were created before the deletion.

If you don’t want to restore your iPhone with an out-of-date backup, erase all the content and settings on your iPad, and go back to an older iOS version, try to extract your iPhone photos from your iTunes or iCloud backup with the iPhone backup extractor.
